We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

The flat was really clean and spacious. We quite enjoyed the balcony, when we could considering the weather we had… The sea side is 2 minutes by walk, and the city center easily reachable as well. Josip was a great host, welcomed us on arrival and always answered when I asked for tips. Definitely recommended !

Wonderful clean apartment in a new house with underground parking. The apartment has absolutely everything you need. We have three children and are often demanding about the apartment. But here everything is perfect. It is 12 minutes walk to the sea. The owners of the apartment are very open, nice and kind people. Miro, thank you and your family again for your hospitality.

Det här är med handen på hjärtat dom trevligaste och mottagligaste värdarna jag stött på här på airbnb . Väldigt vackert med alla växter och poolen. Jag och min dotter trivdes super bra, önskar vi hade fler nätter i Zadar och här på detta boendet .

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. Katarina und Predrag sind äusserst freundliche, herzliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Obwohl wir erst um 12:30 Uhr am selben Tag gebucht haben, konnten wir das Haus am Abend in einem einwandfreien Zustand beziehen Das Haus war sehr sauber und Predrag säuberte alle 2 Tage den Pool, immer darauf achtend unsere Privatsphäre nicht zu stören. Bei Problemen waren sie sofort erreichbar und haben sich umgehend gekümmert! Zum Ende unseres Urlaubes hätten sie uns zum Grillen eingeladen, welches wir aber leider nicht wahr nehmen konnten, da wir schon andere Unternehmungen geplant hatten....eine Woche ist viel zu kurz. Inventar, Küchengeräte alles top! Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Für ihn war das eingezäunte und große Grundstück und auch dievangrenzenden Feldwege zum Gassigang wunderbar!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im schönen Haus von Margita in Sukošan. Margita, die selbstgemachte kroatische Köstlichkeiten vorbereitet hatte zum Empfang und Zoram, der jeden Tag den Pool überprüft hat und sehr nett ist, sind liebe und ehrliche Menschen. Im Haus und auf dem gesamten Grundstück mit Pool und vielen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten, fehlte es an nichts. Die Ausflugstipps von Margita waren sehr hilfreich und bei allen Fragen, gab es sofort eine nette Antwort. Vielen Dank für Alles wir kommen gerne wieder...

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen bij robert en zijn vrouw, en persoonlijk rondgeleid. De kamer was perfect in orde, en we werden verwelkomd met een drankje en hapjes. Dit appartement is een ideale uitvalbasis om Zadar te bezoeken of ligt dichtij de luchthaven. Een aanrader! De parking voor de deur is handig. Daarna ben je snel in het centrum met een Uber.

Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)

Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, einfach alles wunderschön. Hier steckt viel Mühe drin. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist alles da, tolle Einrichtung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tischkicker, Dart. Tischtennis …. hier kann man sich entspannen oder aktiv sein. Filip hat immer Kontakt gehalten und uns jede Menge tolle Tipps gegeben. Janja hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt . Sie hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles passt oder gefragt ob es uns an etwas fehlt. Das Haus ist abgelegen in ruhiger Lage, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Mit dem Auto 2 Minuten zum Brot holen und 20 Minuten zum Einkaufen. Perfekt. Strände und Städte sind mit dem Auto gleich zu erreichen. Wir haben es geliebt. Danke

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, man fühlt sich wie ein Einheimischer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Kaffee, Tee und sämtlichen Küchenutensilien. Auch Waschmittel etc. ist vorhanden. Diese Details machen die Unterkunft besonders toll. Das Haus nebenan gehört zum Grundstück, man ist nicht ganz alleine. Die umliegenden Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung für den Norden von Dugi Otok.

Ottima esperienza, l’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, tutto è curato e pulito. A pochi passi dal mare (spiaggia in cemento) e da una spiaggia di sabbia. Il paese con alimentari e ristoranti si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. Gentilissima e disponibile la famiglia host. Consigliato al 100%!

The communication with the host was excellent during my 3 months in Zadar, and he was very attentive and understanding throughout my stay and all the situations. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything I needed. The balcony is even larger than it appeared in the photos. I highly recommend this place and Marko as a host.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir hatten einen einfachen Check in. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt was es in der Nähe gab. Wir würden die Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

Die Unterkunft liegt genau richtig! In der Altstadt dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt auf der 4. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses ohne Aufzug, jedoch war das für uns kein Problem. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns persönlich empfangen und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir konnten Kleinigkeiten kochen, ohne Einschränkungen. Das, was mich persönlich besonders gefallen hat, ist das saubere große Badezimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!
