The house has 2 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Terrace, large garden. All linens are provided. The living room opens onto the south-facing garden and is equipped with a large dining table and a BBQ. The house is on the same property (30 ha) as our house, but not attached. The Sarthe flows through the property and offers nice walks. The village is an 800 m walk away. The heated pool (11x5) is only open from mid-June to September. "Noisy" parties prohibited

Our studio is located at the entrance to the village in a shaded park, fenced and secured by an electric gate. Spacious, bright, warm and well insulated studio. Shutters at the front door and window, with blackout curtains. Linens and towels are provided. Barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation available. Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Peace and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock, etc. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.

We welcome you to our fully renovated farmhouse accommodation where you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Located 30 min from Le Mans ( Circuit des 24h ) and 30 min from the ZOO de la Flèche, you will find everything you need less than 5 minutes away ( Pizzeria, Bakery, Supermarket...). Completely refurbished accommodation in 2021. Our four-legged friends are welcome, as long as we don't leave them alone in the property.

Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche.
