Monthly Rentals in Maltakva

I stayed for one month. All was good. Utilities were charged extra than the price quoted for the leasing.

We have really enjoyed our weekend at the sea at this beautiful place. You hear and see the sea right from your bed, and overlook a beautiful inner yard, full of lush greenery. Once you leave the gate you are already at the beach. The apartment has simple arrangements, but you have everything you need, everything is new and comfortable to use. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised that unlike to other places at Georgian shore, here there were really few people, and so you feel like you have the whole beach to yourself. Really recommended! So peaceful and relaxing 💛

Nana is very hospitable, always in touch and ready to help, her brother met us and advised us on several places where you can go for lunch, the apartment is clean and very cozy, the apartment had everything you need for a long stay, next to the apartment there is a national park and a lake, there is also a beach nearby, we were satisfied with the accommodation, also Nana's brother took us to the bus station and helped us with suitcases, thank you :)

We loved our stay at this apartment. It is spotless and quiet, but still close to the beach and town to walk. The host was very helpful and always responsive. Clean kitchen, bathroom and bedding. Recommend staying here! There is no bicycle rental, and if you’d like the pool maybe check that it is up, as it was not yet up for the season when we arrived. Otherwise an excellent stay!
