We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Excellent solution, both for the ample space available, for the cleanliness, and for the availability and promptness in responding to every message, but above all for the location, a stone's throw from the center, but still without the chaos. If I really had to try to find a flaw, I would recommend larger shower towels, but that's just finding fault. In short, I highly recommend it.

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Great support from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look for a bit.

Massimo was very kind and very helpful, a friend. He was able to give us all the useful information for our stay, also taking care of reservations at restaurants and bathing establishments. I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

Nice and clean place. The apartment is quite big. The only cons was the street parking with very limited availability.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Highly recommended! Excellent welcome on arrival, impeccable cleanliness! Absolutely nothing was missing! Sandra and her husband made us feel right at home! Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

Lovely place close to the mountains and helpful and welcoming hosts

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

During the stay we had a very good time, the apartment was logically well connected to the city center and the beach. Apartment well cleaned and equipped with all the features listed. Great relationship with Nicola, very helpful.
