Quiet and comfortable place, exactly what we were waiting for the Carnival holiday. Alberto was very helpful and responded promptly to everything we need.

Great house and great location. La Juana has many places to walk to, including the beach and beach clubs. The space is ample and perfect for a family visit. You will have access to beach essentials as well, which is great if you are not equipped. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

Great host with a beautiful, private, clean home – wish we could have stayed longer! Amenities are sparse though, so be sure to bring your own toiletries (including extra toilet paper), shampoos, etc...

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Well appointed house and beautifully landscaped a short walk from the beach

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is excellent! Just like the photos!! The construction is new, everything is very perfect and aesthetic. Paola and husband a luxury hosts. We arrived very late, with an incredible storm and they were waiting at the place! I would definitely be back !! We christened the CASITA DE LA PLAYA 😍

Very nice house. Everything super organized. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances. There were bedding and towels, although it was not included in the listing. We recommend it!

There are no words to describe the beauty of this house: spacious, bright environments and exquisite decoration details. The whole process was super friendly and both Nicolás and Anís hyper friendly. It's going to be hard to beat this experience. Hopefully we can go back.

Perfect everything, extra details that added up a lot, they left Leña , left trash bags, kitchen soap etc that when you arrive late or by far it fixes you. Lucia is very kind and willing, the house with all amenities , as described, highly recommended.

Great option to rest. The house is just as described in the publication and Vaitiare is an excellent host who welcomed us very cordially and was always available. I recommend as a good place to rest for those who are not looking for luxuries and close to many amenities, and beautiful places in the surroundings.

¡Tremenda stay! The house is in an unbeatable location, only 200 meters from the English Shop and 500 meters from the beach Montoya, which allowed us to move with great comfort. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super comfortable for four people, and we really enjoyed the grill and the quincho, ideal for relaxing after the beach. The hosts were very friendly and always attentive to any queries. Highly recommended, we would come back without a doubt!

Ah peace. A beautiful setting & surroundings. The home looks exactly as pictured. Comfy beds, fluffy pillows, kitchen stocked as promised, great yard & private. Ocean views, great front & backyard - can I come stay longer please?! Stayed 3 days - my family loved it.

Adriana and Carlos welcomed us with great sympathy giving clear information as to home and its use , well located very close walking from the beach, and the restaurants of la Barra , very beautiful as described and shown in the photos of the advertisement, kitchen with white dishes very complete with modern utensils, comfortable rooms and pool and barbecue and super pleasant outdoor area,of course it would be an option for us to return ….

Alfonso’s place is a magic oasis of peace, very close to the beach and a number of cool restaurants and bars! Loved it!

Great hosts, Paz and Facu always available and very kind. The house was cozy, we loved the fireplace, our kids loved the pool, easy to relax and have a good time

the place is stunning, and Francisco is great. definitely recommend it. two things worth commenting on: first, electricity and water are paid separately. this entails taking pictures of the measuring devices before and after the stay, have the owner call the companies to get a prorated price, and arrange payment. this turned out to be super cumbersome for us because we didn’t see the host on our way out, and for some reason the payment kept failing via Airbnb, so as a matter of fact it’s been over 10 days since we left and we still haven’t been able to pay for this :/ I already gave Francisco the feedback to bundle the expenses in the rental price and he said he’d consider it. second, the house has no mosquito nets in any of its windows. this seems like a design choice, since most are ceiling to floor windows that work as doors, but makes it necessary to use the AC at night even if it’s fresh outside. altogether a great stay though!

Excellent stay, the house is super comfortable and with everything you need, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Andrea and Ana were very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We'll be back!

Carlo's house is great, we spend 4 days with a group of friends and we had an amazing time. The house is super confortable and the heated pool adds an incredible amount of value, the weather wasn't perfect so we used the pool a lot to compensate not going to the beach and it was super fun. Some of us were working some time, and the internet was more than good enough for 3+ people to be on meetings at the same time, so +1 extra point for good internet :)
