We had a great time at Corey’s cabin! My 3 year old asked if we could move there - so it got his approval, too! Views from the property are beautiful. Nice fire-pit and as a young family, it was nice being able to do a load of laundry before we came home. Corey gave clear communication before and during our stay that helped us relax and have a great time.

Perfect for a weekend getaway (or longer). Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay with all the amenities, this is the place.

We traveled with our 2 kids (2 and 4) and like others mentioned this listing has everything you could need! The listing even had step stools my 4 year old to reach the sink to wash her own hands. The hot tub was fantastic, extremely clean and comfortable. We visited Shenendoah National Park and it was a great home base. Definitely bring your groceries as it is a very secluded area and it’s a great space to cook grill, relax and reset ! Very comfortable, clean and organized!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, exactly as pictured, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The host was very responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.

This is an amazing home on a mountain side. You have a spectacular view of the mountains and the sunsets were incredible. The home is well furnished and tasteful. The beds very comfortable. It is a restful location and no need to go driving around. I would stay anytme.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin! The moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and picturesque the area was. The cabin itself is cozy, charming, and surrounded by nature, it truly feels like a private retreat. It’s the perfect place to disconnect, unwind, and just take in the quiet beauty around you. Scott was an excellent and responsive host. His recommendations for activities in and around Harpers Ferry were second to none! His home was extremely clean, comfortable and matched the description perfectly. Check in and out could not have been easier. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing weekend and our three year old daughter didn’t want to leave! Could not recommend Scott’s place more!

River House – 5 Stars My husband and I stayed in the River House for 4 days. We totally enjoyed ourselves there. It was exactly what we were looking for, peace and quiet while gazing upon nature at its best. The house is very clean, neat and crisp with a touch of warmth everywhere. It has everything you could want for your stay, making it home-sweet-home. The house is nestled between trees and situated right on the bank of the Shenandoah’s running river. Enjoy the lush green forest across the river while drinking your morning coffee in the sunroom. You’ll see that this serene setting brings a daily refuge of birds nesting and hummingbirds feeding to the top deck. The sunroom is so cozy and inviting. It seems as if the house is on stilts sitting over the running river. The River House has two large decks, a patio and boats for your family’s enjoyment. My buddies and I had a great time. The access to the rowboat and lake was worth every last penny to me! The house was easy to find, and had pretty much every essential you could ask for. I’d 100% stay here again.

Douglas was a fantastic host. He was extremely responsive and accommodating, and his property was beyond gorgeous. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The Herb Cottage is beautifully situated on the Hidden Creek Farm. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the animals move through the fields. I reserved the cabin because it was conveniently located near a dinner we were attending, abut we will return for the peaceful beauty of the farm. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed and woke to the sound of birds softly singing. If it rains while you are there, do not miss the opportunity to rock in the porch chairs and relax to the tune of raindrops drops on the metal roof.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Close enough to all the hikes we wanted to do. Pet friendly (huge for us) and beautiful views! Please make sure you read the whole listing, as you definitely need a vehicle with 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway. We brought our own towels, sheets, and so on as stated and everything else we needed was available. Would recommend bringing dish towels. We had forgotten them this trip. Cooking pots and pans are little outdated but they’re just fine! We had a wonderful taco night anniversary dinner at the cabin and throughly enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub. There’s a very nice above ground pool also but it was too cold this time of year to swim in. I would definitely stay again!

Had a peaceful, relaxing weekend with the family at the cabin! Everyone loved the hot tub and the kids settled right in with the projector / game room. Leah was super responsive and helpful with our questions.

Matt's place was beyond expectations. It was so cozy and the bear decor everywhere was so cute! We had everything we needed and then some. the kitchen is beautiful and we enjoyed the serene back porch. The fenced in yard was a major bonus for our pup to enjoy the nature as well. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the grill area as it was raining most of our trip but that would have been a great place to enjoy our dinners. The theater and game room were awesome too. We had one mishap with the propane company locking the propane, so we couldn't use the gas stove and no one could come out to fix it since it was a holiday weekend. Matt immediately remedied the situation by instacarting us an electric 2 burner stove (you're welcome to any future guests that need it😀) . I would definitely recommend Matt and Matt's place and will stay again if ever in the area. Thank you so much for making our vacay great!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to visit the past and full of history too!! The cabin exceeded our expectations!!! We will definitely make this a place we plan on visiting over and over!!! They even have a beautiful bank barn to host weddings!!! We needed more time to explore the beauty this place offers!! A weekend just isn’t enough time!! Our heads were on swivel the entire stay!! And somehow we ended up just driving around and looking for all the historic gems in the area!! Southern charm galore!! Thank u for being on Airbnb!! We sooooo fell in love with this little gem!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was in a peaceful location and was so relaxing. Natasha was the perfect host and made us feel special on our anniversary. The cabin was inviting, comfortable, and beautiful inside. The hot tub and porch were awesome and surrounded by a relaxing wooded setting. Would definitely stay again!

We were visiting family and sadly didn’t take advantage of many amenities but there was plenty to choose from! We were given info on activities for the week. The security and the receptionists were wonderful! We enjoy the lovely setting and our cabin, especially the hot tub. I want to come back again when we can explore more of what Wilderness Park has to offer. We will be back! Thank you!

We would definitely come back !!! Denny was a great communicator. He was always proactive and let us know everything about the place. The place was clean and well set up. There were a lot of things to do with kids and we especially loved the hot tub !!! Highly recommend !!!

Had an amazing stay at this cabin for a long weekend trip for two couples and two doggos! Fantastic place to stay to explore the park! Felt right at home with great kitchen accessories, laundry supplies and shower supplies. The dogs loved the fenced in yard to get their energy out! Beds were super comfy and the shower was amazing! The one bedroom is a loft with stairs to access so you can plan accordingly with your group, it has a privacy wall so no issues there ! Second bedroom was on the main level!

What an awesome place. Such a beautiful cabin, so quiet, nicely decorated, good bed, coffee, tea, it's got everything you need! And then there is the added bonus of the bison! Steven is a great host, really helpful in where you can spot the bisons and how to get there. We have been to lots of places to sleep, but this one is definitely on our top 3!
