Holiday rentals with a sauna in Manatee County

My family and I decided to do a last minute getaway. Daniel's condo was absolutely amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed! There were extra amenities such as having enough garbage bags and dishwasher tabs for the entire week...most places only give you enough for a few days! Our bed slept amazing! I am particular about pillows and mattresses when we go on vacation, but I must say he put extra effort and money into both! The bathrooms were spotless and extremely clean. If we had a question about what restaurants to dine at, he immediately got back to us. He always made sure that we were having a great time and we all know, a host doesn't have to do this. By the time we left, my husband and I felt like we had made a lifelong friend! The balcony had a beautiful view of the bay and we saw dolphins while we were sitting and enjoying our coffee. The beach is a quick walk as well! Very accessible! Daniel has everything you need for a trip to the beach! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time staying at this condo. Very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Responsive host and wonderful location! Close to the beach but also very private and relaxing. Place was clean and looked just like the photos. Would stay again!

Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Great price, great place! Easy walk to the ocean. Great for fishing. Close by to ice cream and restaurants.

Great stay! 242 Runaway Bay has maybe the best location in highly-desirable Runaway Bay. Directly faces the beautiful bay with amazing views and the early morning sun; the best way to start your day. Katie was wonderfully accommodating and responsive in all communication. Home has many positives--clean, updated, well-equipped, comfortable and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Best pool on the Island as well. This is your go-to spot for your vacation on Anna Maria Island, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful location, enjoy!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. I loved how spacious it was, the gorgeous kitchen and the fabulous lanai with comfy couch and chair. I especially enjoyed having my breakfast out there listening to and watching the ocean while also feeling like it was private and relaxing. All the beach supplies were great to have and we enjoyed the beautiful pool as well. We’d love to come back and stay here again!

Great place to stay! Perfect for our annual vacation

We absolutely love hanging out on the patio in the mornings watching the sunrise and dolphins in the water. The beach was an easy, walkable distance. Ryan was great at communicating as well!

We were immediately drawn to the beautiful photos in the listing, which matched the condo exactly, and got a good deal on a week's stay. Lisa was the most responsive host we have had, and calmed our nerves with the Tropical Storm that came through during our stay. The condo had everything we needed for the beach, pool, and relaxing in the room. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to AMI!

If you are looking for place look no further. It is close to everything and the place is beautiful inside and out. The host were great at keeping me informed via text. I can’t wait to come back in the future.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

Kristen’s place was the perfect stay! The home itself is so cute, cozy, and the outdoor space is just amazing! The house manual has all the information you need, as well as some local recommendations. Sitting outside and enjoying the porch, pool/hot tub, and pond was one of our favorite parts. The additional daybed/trundle came in handy, too, when one of our visitors had an early flight. Location is very central and close to AMI - we noted how great the neighborhood is. Kristen was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the best time!

We had an awesome time in Sarasota. Shirley's home is very clean (my priority) and grea communication. The location it couldn't be better for beaches and all the stores. I definitely will go back to the same place soon. I strongly suggest this home and five stars very well deserved.

Beautiful, clean place in a safe and fun location! There are so many fun activities to do at Sun Sarasota and unfortunately we didn’t have time to try them all! Jennifer was a great host and replied to my messages promptly. We would definitely rent from her again.

Jacob was a great host. I understand it is a new property for him. There is a few things that need to be done updated he was willing to do that while I was there was no big deal for my stay, but I know he will have those things done before his next guests are scheduled everything was absolutely perfect. The listing was great, it was exactly what we expected. A peaceful quiet retreat that made our vacation memorable. Our host communicated well and the amenities were outstanding. I highly recommend using their property for your vacation needs.

This was the second time we have spent a month at Stephanie's place. Clearly, we like it a lot. The backyard amenities are amazing. The neighborhood is terrific. The one issue we had, a light that didn't work, was taken care of immediately. Stephanie came over that night to fix the problem. I would recommend this house to anyone for either a short or long-term stay. One thing I would add is that I was working from the house and the wi-fi was excellent.

We’ve been to Siesta Key multiple times and this is the best property we have stayed in by far. All of the interior amenities are as advertised; comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, and a very comfortable living area. Outside, the pool and hot tub operated well and were perfect for winding down. The garage was fully stocked with bicycles, chairs, boogie boards; everything you needed for a short walk or bike ride to the beach. And finally, the location; everything is within a 10 minute walk. We didn’t need a golf cart or Uber with the exception of taking the Trolley to get fishing bait. This is an incredible location on Siesta Key, so convenient and easy to get around. If you have a small family or two couples looking to enjoy Siesta Key this is the place for you, thanks to the owners for great communication throughout! We will absolutely be back!
