Holiday rentals with a patio in Mandrem

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Such an amazing and beautiful place. We went there with our dog and such comfortable stay it was. Security staff is also really friendly at this property. This place is really clean, pretty much all the amenities and really big hall and balcony to just relax and chill. A lot of cafés and restaurants are nearby. Some of the good beaches are also 20mins drive away. Worth the stay. Thank you so much for hosting us.

I had a wonderful stay at Sumedha’s Airbnb in Siolim. The home is quaint, tastefully done, and nestled in a peaceful residential society—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the relaxed Goan vibe. What truly sets this stay apart, though, is Sumedha herself. She was incredibly responsive, warm, and generous with her local recommendations, which made my experience all the more memorable. Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway or to explore the area, I would highly recommend staying here!

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. Also the care taker is very polite and was there to help and guide whenever we needed. Overall we had a great and pleasant stay at Aaicho wado..

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The location was perfect being so close to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The home was cozy and clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Sumer was very accommodating and provided great local resturant tips. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check out at a nominal fee. The place itself is clean, cozy, and tucked away in a peaceful spot — perfect for unwinding. Despite being nestled away, we had no trouble finding cabs or getting around, and everything we needed was still nearby. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. Nicely maintained place to stay in Siolim as described in the listing and shown in the image. I stayed with my wife and parents. Nearest super market is ~2km and main market is ~5km. Nearest beach is Vagator beach which is ~9.6km from the place. We stayed here for 3D/2N, and visited beaches in North goa (Baga, Vagator, Morjim, Aswem, Arambol etc.). Kitchen items were also in good state and water purifier aqua guard was great. We parked our car (Creta) outside main security gate and was safe. Parking inside apartment is for hatchback cars and can be parked inside apartment.
