Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

We recently bought this apartment in one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia, to host travelers from all over the world in a completely renovated and modern structure, characterized by cleanliness and comfort that we also seek when we are traveling. The apartment is a 1-2 min walk to the paradise beach of Putzu Idu!

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
