"Da zia Giovanna" is an apartment on the ground floor in a quiet and low-traffic alley in the heart of Manfredonia. There is a convenient parking lot 20 meters away and it is close to all amenities, bars, restaurants and the beach, perfect for getting around on foot. With vaulted ceilings and thick arches, it is cool in summer and well heated in winter. It is a family home built in 1917 in the historic center and completely renovated recently to highlight the ancient charm of the structure.

He rode the waves for more than sixty years and, together with his wife Antonietta, raised their eight children in this house. Lorenzo is one of them, born in 1944. He got to know the sea as a child, and they haven't left each other yet. This house is a tribute to them, to Grandpa Michele and Dad Lorenzo.
