C'è un comodo parcheggio a 20 metri ed è vicino a tutti i servizi bar e ristoranti e alla spiaggia, perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Con soffitti a volta e archi spessi, è fresco d'estate e ben riscaldato in inverno. E' una casa di famiglia costruita nel 1917 nel centro storico e completamente ristrutturato di recente per risaltare il fascino antico della struttura.
