What you've seen on the pictures in the listing is 100% true - this place does look like a little private paradise with breathtaking view, and picturesque interior. All amenities are new and clean. I recommend going to the lake, even if you don't plan fishing or SUPboarding - it a relaxing nature-connecting mini-hike on it's own. We also enjoyed going to the sauna and setting up a movie night with the projector. The only downside is, because the place isn't completely remote, you can hear quite annoying dogs barking in the morning from the nearby village. So if you are a light sleeper, better bring earplugs - or wake up early to seize the day!

If you are coming to Tbilisi, you will not regret staying at Eka's place! The location is great just up a hill off Rustaveli av, with a stunning view over the city. Eka is very friendly and proactive with information, showing how to access the property and use all the appliances inside. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the city. It is close to the main attractions but still situated in a quiet area so you can relax away from the busy areas of the old town when you want. I hope to return to the city in the future and this would be my first choice once again, great value for money, cannot fault it. Madloba Eka.

We spent a week at Georgy’s apartment and was more than satisfied! Georgy is an incredibly hospitable and responsive host. He was always available, ready to help with any questions. The apartment fully matched the description—it was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

I feel very fortunate to have found this place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's in a modern, new building in a great area. Internet worked well and I had no problems with any aspect of the apartment during my time. Host was responsive and helpful. For downtown Tbilisi, it is a relatively quiet place. I never heard my neighbors, though the sound of traffic and weekend dance club beats are sometimes heard at night. Overall, this the best place I've found in Georgia. Highly recommend!
