A peaceful place in the garden with a private pool and patio. You can create a pleasant atmosphere by using our glass stove in the winter months It is a legal requirement to obtain the identity information of our guests. We kindly ask you to share it before your stay. We have 4 guest houses next to each other. Guests can hear you even if they can't see you. Therefore, it is not suitable for listening to loud music, partying and having fun until late hours.

The building has an elevator, a feature rarely found in buildings in the area, which means you won't have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Zeytincik Farm - the only house in a 50-acre garden

We are on a 50-acre plot 10 minutes away from Izmir airport. We have an olive grove in the front and an orchard and fields in the back. We have a stone oven and a stone bar outside, and a fireplace inside. You can play music with a professional sound system until the nationwide music ban starts. After the curfew starts, you can continue to play music with a home speaker. There are grocery stores, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants nearby.

We open the doors of our carefully built house to our guests whom we have not yet met. The villa has a total of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms (1 master) and 1 living room. The pool and garden are regularly maintained by an employee. (Maintenance times can be arranged according to the guests' availability during their stay in the villa) There are items we use personally throughout the house and they are available for the guests to use.

Izmir Villa Ece - Heated Pool / Hot Pool

In our luxury villa, we offer a heated pool, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodation. Enjoy nature by barbecuing in our barbecue area and spend romantic evenings by our fireplace. Our house is carefully cleaned and there are bed linens and towels specially prepared for each guest. - We do not accept reservations for groups consisting of only male guests.
