The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

The apartment is located in the Castle District, only 100 meters from the pedestrian zone. Scenic views of the mountains on one side and the castle on the other. The 3 separate rooms have double beds, and there is also a nearly 20 square meter room in the attic, which is the children's favorite playground.
