9 of us stayed here in August 2024, and it was an absolutely stunning property, with every need considered. We would thoroughly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing time away.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Modern villa with a nice pool and outdoor area. We spent a week in this beautiful villa. The villa is very well and modernly equipped and was spotlessly clean. Tanja is an excellent host and was available at any time if we had any questions. Would highly recommend!

The house itself was modern and cozy, offering all the comforts we needed for a perfect holiday. Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

If you’re so adventurous and want a home base for all kinds of activities around the area, this is your perfect HQ! Super clean, very comfortable, fast WiFi, center of town, great coffee bars next door…I highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return! Sites nearby: The Eye of the Earth (Izvor Cetine, the source of the river Cetina) Prozor Fortress (hikeable and drivable) The big huge lake…many beaches to choose from… The bridges The Mill The AGRICULTURE!!! Hiking, biking, horseback riding, and super-friendly locals all around! Best coffee bar: Lone (right next door!)

We felt very comfortable in this apartment! You are alone on the large property, which is represented very well in the pictures! The area is beautiful, you can walk to the shore of the reservoir in 15 minutes. There's everything you could ever need. Valentina and her parents are in the best care of their guests. There was a big power outage all over the area and they brought us food and connected a generator so we don't sit in the dark! You would have to give 6 stars for this! Thank you!

The location of this place is Amazing.. right on the edge of a beautiful lake. We swam in the lake most days and also enjoyed some evening Kayak trips (too hot for the day), in the two Kayaks that also come with the house. House is great - with kind of a separate flat underneath the main house, where our kids could sleep - Little swimming pool, and darts and trampoline.. Klara could not have been a more helpful host - we arrived late at night - so she just left the key for us, and then checked in the next morning to check we were all OK, and then we just left the key when we left.
