Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife.
