Holiday rentals with lake access in Maplewood

This was a wonderful place in a beautiful, quiet, safe, neighborhood, which we enjoyed walking around during the day and night. It was super close to lake Harriet's peace gardens, a huge bonus. The wood floors and overall decor are awesome, with a great little yard to hang out in. Highly recommend! Keith was a great host and made us feel welcome.

Wonderful place! This is a quiet home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The photos don't do it justice. It's a light-filled, beautifully-appointed space sheltered by leafy green trees on the front deck. There are many thoughtful touches throughout. The beds and linens are soft and cozy. Good water pressure. Very clean! The apartment is centrally located and just a short drive to so many great restaurants, bakeries, attractions. It's a short walk to beautiful Lake Bde Maka Ska--great for running, walking or biking around! Chris was a very responsive host. He was available to answer any question we had and did so quickly. This AirBnB was a great choice for us! Thank you for letting us stay here, Chris and Jon!

We decided on Stillwater as a fun place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our two kids from Oregon and Colorado. We were specifically looking for a place that was in a beautiful setting near water. Bryan's listing was a perfect match! We loved watching the birds at the feeders, enjoyed time on the patio and enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace in the evening. Lots of large windows let us gaze at the incredible view of the lake. We invited a few local friends and family to join us for an anniversary open house and Byran put extra leaves in the dining table and got out folding chairs for our guests before we arrived. He was so considerate of our plans! We had the best celebration ever and know that anyone who chooses to book this vacation spot will absolutely love it! Tom & Debbe from Iowa

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

This well-equipped home is the perfect base for exploring Minneapolis. It's convenient to lots of activities and restaurants, but a tranquil spot to relax with plenty of space both inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Love that this home was built in 1916 but had so many modern touches .. wasn’t aware that the train tracks were so close but actually brought me Bach to my childhood .. would definitely stay here again & recommend this home .. home away from home ♥️thank you

My husband and I felt like we scored a fabulous rental! It has the best of what we love: Large comfortable home/space, natural surroundings (especially near bodies of water!) but still close to shops, restaurants, and so on, plus good communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend Sabrina's place to others.

We needed a place to sleep after spending the day with family and Lucie’s place provided. It was quite clean and nice view.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The one-bedroom space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The neighborhood felt very safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay by the historic lake.

Location was convenient and in a cute neighborhood. The upstairs neighbors are quiet, but you can hear every footstep, since it's an older home with creaky and uneven floors. The second bedroom is quite small. But the home was clean and adequate for what we needed for a comfortable weekend stay.

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

Jodi's place was the perfect house for our team to stay. We were in town for a conference at the convention center and house was about a 10 minute drive from the center, and we saved hundreds of dollars over is staying at a hotel in town. I would look to stay here again if I return to the Twin Cities.

Lovely hosts, and fantastic location!

Once again we were blown away by Emily's welcoming home away from home that met ALL of our needs. We have stayed here multiple times and every time have settled in to this comfortable space, cooked a meal, walked around the lake, walked to breakfast, and benefited from Emily's attention to detail and care for our comfort. What a charming, cozy and spotless cottage in a very private setting! The description was on point! Very quiet, wonderful neighbors and accessible to parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Communication with the host was excellent with any concerns! She was lovely to chat with. Wonderful place to stay and great location. Easy walking distance to the local downtown and the lake.

The hosts, Katie and Curt, were very friendly and responsive. The hot tub on the patio was a big bonus. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and watching the trolley go by through the woods ($3 to take the short historic ride). And just a few minutes to walk to Lake Harriet pavilion to take in some live music or walk around the lake. I’m excited to come back sometime for this relaxing get-away!

We enjoyed our Minimoon here. Was great. Nothing bad to say, other than we clearly didn’t thoroughly read the posting because we were shocked that it was a guest house! Our fault. But anyway, very clean and nice! Would for sure recommend.

Loved this cabin. Unfortunately, it rained most of the weekend, but while we didn’t get to do what we had envisioned we were still able to catch some rainbow trout on their beautiful grounds and played a multitude of games they had for at the cabin. Sere is super responsive to any needs. Highly recommend all around.

Connie's place was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet, attractive and conveniently located. My family and I enjoyed the view of the lake and walking the nearby trails. My grandson got a lot of use out of the games and toys. We were able to cook our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We appreciated the ease of check-in and Connie's responsiveness. Highly recommend!
