Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mar Casado Beach

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that the rental of a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bedding. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

We had a great time at the house!! The house was very comfortable, with a great structure, Mr. Wagner who takes care of the pool was very nice and helped us with the needs of the house. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. The house is full of details in the decoration and a very well-kept garden, beautiful... we'll be back!

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

It is already the second stay, without a very good doubt, all according to description, very clean the place. Very solicitous host, responds super fast! Beautiful home with perfect accommodations, very cozy gourmet area.

We were immensely happy on the days we spent at Marcos' house, a wonderful house, very good location, safe condominium, host always willing to solve our doubts, Renildo and Regina very polite and helpful, everything perfect, we would certainly come back more often.

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Alexandre's house is my place reference in Guarujá for a quiet and safe vacation, it was my second time and I will come back more often for sure.

Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the beginning, making our stay even more special. The roof is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures, with the differential of a simply flawless view! All very well equipped, with pool and barbecue area perfect for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (differential for us) and with extremely kind employees. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for rest days. We will definitely be back soon and recommend with our eyes closed.

Alex's apartment is impeccable. everything is new, well organized, clean, the apartment is comfortable, close to the market and also the beach. Still a quiet place with no noise. The condominium is exceptional, you can use the leisure areas that were great. Alex responded to everything promptly. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The apartment is great! Cozy, very organized and with an ideal spa to relax. We arrived easily at the place and checked in without any problems. We'll be back for sure!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.
