The house has two 55-inch TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker, a coffee maker, and a cleaning service for a fee if requested. In Bosque Peralta Ramos, modern, spacious, practical and bright. Inside a 2000 m2 property. It shares space with two other houses, and I live in one of them with my 3 dogs. The houses have privacy and a huge park. It has a shared gazebo with a grill and stove. It is 10 minutes away from the southern beaches. The setting is magical. I have beautiful experiences and feedback from those who visited us.

The house is located 6 blocks from Güemes, 6 blocks from Varese beach, 6 blocks from Alem and 8 blocks from Playa Grande. It is a 3-minute drive to the Golf Club. DOES NOT INCLUDE TOWELS and SHEETS.
