Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Everything is perfect, the terrace area with the barbecue, the hammocks and umbrellas, the house is always fresh with the air conditioners and fully equipped, 2 minutes from the beach, very quiet area, recommended 100%

We were very pleased to stay at Victor's place as we wanted to explore the area to see if it was part of Costa Calida we could spend longer during the winter months. Victor's place was really close to the beach and the promenade and was excellent for us for walking and cycling most days of our stay. There is plenty to see and do and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. There were lots of extra bits and pieces in the apartment to make our stay more pleasurable and we enjoyed being able to use the Netflix facility. It would have been brilliant to have some access to English TV. The underground parking space for our hire car was really good. Local food shops were close by and it was great to have Mercadona, Aldi and Lidl within a mile of the property.

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. Oleg's kindness made all the difference: he was always attentive and attentive to any request or inquiry, responding quickly and willingly. Unbeatable location, easy access to everything we needed, and the view from the home is simply spectacular. Also, the place was impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we were. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and I would come back without thinking about it.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended
