We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Big pool, Nice sunset, dirty kitchen, and nice big house. What you see in the pics is what you will get once you book here. Karaoke is not included in the amenities though, paid separate of 800 for the karaoke. Weekends have quick power interruptions. over-all, nice big place and full kitchen appliances 🫶🏻

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

Cresta Paye feels like home! A home away from home. Traveling there was adventure itself but getting there and seeing the views (for the first time and hopefully won't be the last) gives you the serenity and peace you're looking for - away from stress and chaos. It's a perfect place to unwind and connect with the nature. :) In addition, Ms. Lyle is a call away and very responsive and Ms. Khay and the other staff are super accommodating! Sarap i-extend ang bakasyon. :D

We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. Hosts (Louie and Noel) were both quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was very clean and spacious enough for our family. We are definitely booking Louie's place on our next visit to Pico De Loro.

Their room was simple but very spacious. The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. We'd love to book here again next time.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The host is very friendly and approachable. Even their caretaker Jason is so nice. He gave me instructions about the unit upon entry. 1 day stay is not enough. Few minutes walk to beach and pool. Thank you for accommodating us . Highly recommend.

The building is one of the nearest to the beach, we only walked our way down there. The place is tidy and spacious enough to accommodate all of us including our kids. Just a few notes, there was a water leak under the kitchen sink and it drip a bit to the kitchen floor; the water was a bit rusty and yellowish in color the moment you turned on the tap, but will go off eventually; but overall our stay was completely great & wonderful!

We had a great stay, we had some hiccups on check-in and check-out but the Resort overall features make up for it.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Canyon Cove. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by Ate Merna and a smooth transaction with the owner up to check-in process. The apartment was spotless, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay — from a functional kitchen to a cozy lounge area and a balcony with breathtaking views. Also, the building was clean despite that it was old and so was the pool and beach area. Over all, it was a great experience and would book again next time.

Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

A good place to stay. Worth the Price

The room is so nice and clean. They really did prepare the unit to be so clean for the next guests. The view from the balcony is also so nice! The beds are so comfy to sleep in .. the kitchen is complete with the utensils and cookwares too! Had a little problem with the internet connection, the net is so slow.. i think thats on the PLDT side. Had a little problem as well on the parking, there’s no parking for senior citizens, its first come first serve basis. Other than that, everything is nice.

It was an outing with my friends and they liked the place. The place is clean and spacious when we arrived and can accomodate 15pax including the kids. Pros: -Clean bathroom -Good water supply on kitchen and bathroom -All aircons are functioning well -Beautiful furnitures at dining and living room minor cons: -Guest should bring their own chopping board if you will cook and additional knife (no chopping board at the kitchen and they only have one knife) Thank you Ms. Au for being responsive to all my inquiries and Sir Arman is nice and accomodating.
