This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Villa offers Gulf sunset views from the porch and balcony. Each bedroom has its own TV, plus a large flat-screen in the living room. Your private boat dock accommodates vessels up to 35’ in length with a draft not exceeding 3’. Multiple vessels or personal watercraft are not allowed in a single dock space. The Villa accommodates up to 6 guests. Minimum weekly rental. Stairs required. No smoking allowed. Pet friendly ($350/pet). Just pack and relax!
