Cheryl’s place is in the perfect location in the heart of Islamorada. Listening to the live music on the back deck to wind down every night was an added plus! Cheryl was super accommodating & definitely thinks about bettering her guests’ stay. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving week Ruth!!

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

The house was beautiful with plenty of dishes, ample linens, nice laundry machines, televisions and grill. Having access to the Cabana Club was a nice surprise that we didn’t expect. We really enjoyed walking to Sunset Park each day and kayaking right out the back door. As noted in other reviews, the bicycles were in bad shape so we didn’t use them. The quick drive to Sombrero Beach was really nice too.

The location and access to the beach and canal was amazing! We had such a fun time with the kayaks while being able to see all the wildlife and sail boats. The house was exactly what we needed. Jose was very helpful and flexible throughout our stay.

My parents, wife, and I booked a three day run at this spot. It was awesome! The location was perfect and Leila recommended a lot of places around to visit and eat. Fishing is active off of the back dock and most of the surrounding areas have lights set up, so there were plenty of fish to target all day. It is a quick drive to Key West and had some nice beaches within a 5 minute drive. One big plus is that the cut that this home is located on had minimal seaweed compared to most of the other areas. Overall, this is the perfect spot. We will definitely be back.

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

Great peaceful place to stay. We saw manatees, tarpon and many other species in the canal. Also had some short visits from different types of lizards and iguanas. The pool and hot tub were amazing everyone in our group enjoyed them. The dock was a great place to keep our rental boat. I would 100% come back.

The house was great. Close boat ramps to put the boat in not far from the house. Everything was as described or better/bigger than expected. Enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful ocean views and great local recommendations from the host! Some aspects of the interior were a bit dated, but with multiple areas to enjoy the outdoors (offering full shade to full sun and everything in between), we didn't do much inside except sleep. Kids spent hours per day in the pool and adults most enjoyed lounging on the jetty with 345 degrees of ocean views. Board games (and a ps3) were available for the occasional down time. The location allows for a feeling of privacy on the ocean while offering many hidden gems for dining and activities nearby.

This place was perfect for our small stay, we loved how well Alex communicated and he even came right over when I texted him to make him aware of something that was broke. He fixed it in 5 mins! He was extremely well at communicating and answered any questions we had.

We stayed in two smaller house boats while we were there before brads. Rectangular shaped single stories with a flat roof area for lounging. They were beautiful.. but unstable, uncomfortable, limited in space, no hot water, had to shower 200 yards away, awful mosquitos, no reliable internet, lack of kitchen ability, I’m 32 my wife is 30 and our son was five months. Pretty looking, but miserable. Especially if wind wasn’t below 5mph. Not to mention the toilets had problems on both! When we got to brads house boat Holly Cow! What a difference. What a relief. Multiple rooms, comfortable beds, no issues with hot water or internet or kitchen. The space was excessive. Very comfortable. Needed some TLC inside but overall it was fantastic. Everything worked like a real 2br 3ba home. I will book this boat everytime as long as it lives. Private marina, quiet, great neighboring boats. Private outdoor waterfront recreational areas. 100% best key west experience I’ve had and I go every year.

Great stay in Marathon. The house is exactly as described. It’s clean and comfortable with enough space for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the backyard and the central location to everything in Marathon. The street is quiet and perfect for families. Total Chill Vibes with clear directions for check in and check out, garbage days, etc. We look forward to our next trip to the Keys and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The Grouper house was fabulous. I stayed there with my wife and kids for a week. Everything about this place was top notch. From booking to check in and check out. Her staff is nothing short of superb. Sean makes sure every need or question is answered promptly. The best place I have ever stayed. Highly recommend.

A Hidden Gem – Perfection in Every Way! Truly! This was, one of the best Airbnbs we have been to in Marathon! We have traveled down for many years and could not ask for a better place!!! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, it slept 8 of us comfortably! Stocked with every single thing we could need! Location itself was Unbeatable! Peaceful, picturesque, and close to everything, yet somehow still felt like our own private escape! The dock cutting board and easy water hose worked perfect for any catch! The wrap around deck was the biggest hit! Seeing manatees and Tarpon sightings really made my kids day! It truly was magical experience! The pool to cool off and the mini splits in each room without it being manually controlled was the ultimate! Milton was phenomenal to communicate with! You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests♥️. Our family has already booked for next year and we highly recommend!

This place was perfectly located in the middle keys. Easy to get to key west and to Islamorada for our chosen activities. cabana club was very welcoming.

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

Regina and Captain Rob were great hosts! They gave us local recommendations and communicated well! We had such a great time using the tiki bar and the pool. It was our first trip with our baby and the place even had a crib for us to use. Would definitely return!

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

Great place right in the heart of Key Colony. House had all we needed and more to make our 8 day stay comfortable. Great boat dock with plenty of room for 2 31 ft boats.

The home was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The beds were comfortable and the couch was huge and cozy. The view is spectacular, we spent every morning out on the patio with our coffee. The property is in the perfect location as well, making everything in Marathon no more than 8 minutes away. It was the perfect get away for our little family (fur baby included).
