Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marblehead

Can’t say enough about our beautiful stay in Salem at Christopher and Susan’s condo. They were so accommodating with our check in and check out schedule, and genuinely kind hearted hosts. The condo has even more amenities than listed and every thoughtful detail made our stay even more magical. The beds were comfortable and the home was immaculate. Christopher was extremely communicative when we had questions and we loved the recommendations of local places they left for us. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had such a wonderful time and Colleen was the perfect host! Very attentive if/when we had any questions. The home is incredibly charming and cozy and the beautiful Christmas decorations made for a festive stay! The location couldn’t have been more ideal…so peaceful and easy to find! Right around the corner from downtown, we took some nice walks since we were close to all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking with Colleen…we will be back!

The Nana-Tucket Inn is an absolutely gorgeous and pristine property with everything a family could need! It was perfect for our family while we were visiting New England. It was a great space for family time and our teenagers had plenty to do. Nancy and Joe are the perfect hosts! They are kind and extremely helpful while they maintain the beautiful property. They are not intrusive at all but are there if you need anything. During our stay, a huge storm blew through Massachusetts with extremely strong winds and tons of rain. Nancy and Joe had the mess made by the storm was cleaned up immediately by a professional crew the next morning so that we did not miss a single moment of the property amenities! Nancy also made us a blueberry crumble cake that was delicious and so kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we cannot wait to return during our next New England trip.

Alexia was a top-notch host! She was extremely responsive. She replaced a broken pack-n-play for our son before bedtime, which was amazing to not have to worry about finding another option just prior to bedtime. The space was cute and clean and was just enough space for us with parking too. It is a short walk to the downtown area, with shops and restaurants. One challenge for us was the living room and kitchen of the lower unit is right below the bedrooms in this unit. This is unlikely to be a problem for most people, but with a toddler (and myself) sensitive to noise when sleeping, it was a challenge for us with a quite loud family that was staying below us. On the positive side, Alexia was extremely responsive about this situation and spoke to the family a few times, which did improve the situation for the rest of the trip. This to me is what makes her an excellent host. She genuinely seemed to care about us having a great experience. I would highly recommend her and her properties!

Lauren was an excellent host! Cottage is absolutely beautiful! Felt right at home , she was very responsive and very helpful. This place has all the amenities, perfectly located for everything we had planned .

Maggie was excellent & the space was perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. There is a lot of space in the unit. Maggie was so friendly and extremely accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Salem.

I stay in quite a few Airbnb’s all over the world and this place does it right. The unexpected extras like things you always need in the kitchen when you arrive to an Airbnb to shampoo and conditioner in the shower to laundry detergent and dryer sheets.All there waiting for you. I grew up in Marblehead and this is a perfect location to be able to walk to beautiful Devereaux beach or around Marblehead neck. Backyard is a huge perk for this location as it is not common to have a backyard like this in an Airbnb this close to the beach. It isn’t huge it is exactly as described and was perfect for me and my two kids. Grill was great, there is a mini back deck, lots of games to play comfortable kitchen. Props to the owners you have done an awesome job and I will be recommending this Airbnb to my family and friends

The home is beautiful! The view and neighborhood are amazing! We felt like we were in a movie. It was peaceful and quiet and had things to do to enjoy a nice evening. Definitely will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed with Karen and we love her place and her. She is truly a super host. This time being better weather than the last time her yard and garden were absolutely wonderful —just overflowing with flowers and plants. Karen is a friendly and cheerful person. Always a pleasure to bump into while staying there. This place works for us and it’s very near to where our son and his family live so we are staying again for a couple weeks in November. I highly recommend this place and Karen. Short walk to the beach and a short walk to the very interesting Cabot Street stores and restaurants.

We had a really nice stay. It was quiet, cosy, close to the beach and easy access to the surrounding area. Maria was accommodating and flexible.

Barbara’s place was great! We have a terrific time staying in Salem for nearly five weeks. The location was very convenient to parks and walkable areas as well as restaurants and entertainment. Barbara is a wonderful host and we would definitely stay again!

The reserved parking place at the church really made a difference. It was nice being able to walk to the Beauport Hotel and downtown waterfront Gloucester.

We stayed at home port for a quick trip home to visit family and loved it! The softest towels of any Airbnb or hotel I’ve ever stayed in, super cute and charming decor, the property is beautifully landscaped with easy parking. We walked to get dinner our first night and were grateful for the air conditioning as it was very hot out our second day. This is a great Airbnb!

This place is an amazing find in a lovely area of Swampscott. Their home is situated right across the street from the water, and it’s less than a five minute walk to many area restaurants and shops. Ryan was very accommodating with a last-minute booking, he sent clear instructions so check-in was easy. His home is beautiful and very spacious - and the listing photos are an exact representation of their home. Ryan was also extremely responsive to any questions, and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for places to go. I do hope to return for another retreat stay as there were many places to walk and explore and we didn’t cover it all in our time there. This is also very close to Salem/Boston but is tucked away from busy city and everyone in the area was friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay in their home, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Kevin was very responsive and accommodating which made our experience a great one. His place was perfect to house our 11 family members. The place was clean and spacious.

Great location for our group. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Located in a lovely neighborhood, this place is a gem! So well appointed, there was nothing we could have needed that wasn’t there! The decor was beautiful and Kelly provided so many extra touches. The kitchen was well equipped, including spices, Keurig Cup Pods, tons of dishes, and utensils. The bedrooms were lovely and very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to come back!!!

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The open layout made it feel very comfortable, and everything was spotless upon arrival. We especially appreciated how well-stocked and organized everything was—from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The host was responsive and welcoming. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

We really loved our stay. Alex was a wonderful host and the place was perfect for us It was a beautiful location in Salem, close to everything and walkable to all the major destinations, restaurants, and transportation. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was beautiful inside. It fit our family of 7 comfortably and everyone had enough space. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Location was great for us and close to all of our destinations. Only issue was parking. Very hard to find a spot later in the evenings. Other then that I would definitely stay here again.

Seriously, this was a super find! Perfect for a couple who wants to stay and explore the area! It was so centrally located to drive to town and Rockport and walk to galleries, the beach, and more! The kitchen had everything, not your typical Airbnb with 4 dishes and 4 spoons. EVERYTHING we needed/wanted was already there, laundry detergent, sunscreen, welcome binder, hangers, etc... We wish we had planned more than 3 days. And it was wonderful to have a dedicated parking space and private entrance as well as a GIANT deck with a table and cornhole too. We had a great stay and hope you do too!
