Tijdens je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie vergeet je al je zorgen. Pontone is stijlvol ingericht en je voelt je meteen thuis. Er is een woonkamer met kitchenette. De slaapkamer is romantisch ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed en de badkamer is splinternieuw ( 2025) en van alle gemakken voorzien. Pontone heeft een groot buitenterras met eigen bbq. De tafel staat al voor je gedekt om aan te schuiven. Uiteraard mag je ook gebruik gebruik maken van alle andere faciliteiten.

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

The holiday home is part of a farmhouse over 150 years old but is completely independent with its own driveway and private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a comfortable sofa bed. The saltwater pool is beautifully situated and offers a fantastic view.

Casa Vali is a delightful depandance in the municipality of Saltara, a medieval village famous for the castle walls and the ancient “covered markets”. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, full of plants and flowers of all kinds. To embellish the outside, a pool surrounded by greenery, perfect for moments of relaxation or fun. Casa Vali is the ideal holiday solution for families, with large spaces where children can play in complete peace of mind.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The dryer

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
