Enjoy our 19th century guest house with an authenticity combined with modern aspects. Bask at of our views over our empty landscape and infinity pool. The Wifi arrives by satellite and is available for free. We are located in a valley so the cellular towers are a bit blocked. There are air conditioners located in both bedrooms only. Come to disconnect and stay in a Special Conservation Zone;Natura 2000. Please note that we live in nature which means both animals and insects live here too.

Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Casa Vali è una deliziosa depandance nel comune di Saltara, borgo medioevale famoso per le mura del castello e per gli antichi “mercati coperti”. La villa è circondata da un grande giardino, ricco di piante e fiori di ogni genere. Ad impreziosire l’esterno, una piscina immersa nel verde, perfetta per momenti di relax o divertimento. Casa Vali è la soluzione vacanziera ideale per le famiglie, con grandi spazi dove i bambini possono giocare in totale tranquillità.

Lovely and completely independent guest house. Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open kitchen and living room with double sofa bed. Part of a 15th century monastery surrounded by fields. Main house is rarely used as we live in Britain so you are likely to have the large grounds and pool to yourselves! A gatekeeper lives in another outbuilding and is available for any issues. Please note that 2 lovely dog puppies live at the property and they are used to children.

Ruime woonkamer, Keuken met vaatwasser, Grote inloop douche en airco. het heeft 2 Slaapkamers. De kinderkamer is voorzien van een stapelbed maar kan ook voorzien worden van een 2 persoons onderbed. Op het buiten terras heeft u alle privacy.

We offer 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, an independent kitchen, a library, and a billiard room. Complimentary access to the outdoor pool and Technogym gym (08:00 – 20:00), plus Wi-Fi, billiards, and BBQ. For total relaxation, the SPA area is available for an additional fee.

Casale Monticchio / The Barns, up to 5 people

Two adjoining barns gave us 120sqm to form this guest house. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year. Once upon a time was a mezzanine level in one of the barns so we reinstated it to create the second sleeping area above what is now the living room. With the help of a local blacksmith, we were able to make a 4m high single door, linking the terrace to the living room.

Il Bandito Arancione is located in the picturesque Italian countryside of Umbria, surrounded by breathtaking nature and historic beauty. Assisi, Orvieto, Todi, and Perugia are all within easy reach. The holiday home is part of a farmhouse over 150 years old but is completely independent with its own driveway and private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The saltwater pool is beautifully situated and offers a fantastic view.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

La camera con ingresso privato, ampia e luminosa, si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Perugia. L'ho ristrutturata con cura e raffinatezza nel 2018, per ospitare al meglio chi visita la città. Nella camera troverete anche un grazioso tavolino per gustare le nostre colazioni, o magari un piatto di pasta: la mini-cucina a scomparsa è a vostra disposizione. Due posti letto, termo e clima autonomi.

The apartment SALICE is the perfect choice for a 3 to 4 person family. On the ground floor there is the kitchen+living room+ bed/couch and toilette. Upstairs on the loft there is 1 double bed + 1 single bed. The entire apartment is decorated in a traditional way, a lot of wood and nature are the main characteristics, in order to respect the surrounding environment.
