A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

Charlotte and Jérôme are very welcoming and available, everything is designed to make you feel good, the rental is very functional! Convenient self check-in and self check-out. The setting is very pleasant, no vis-à-vis or noise. The house is perfectly clean, the bedding comfortable. Very good stay, I recommend it!

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

Cozy accommodation in the heart of Périgord Noir in a peaceful environment. Beautiful area and magnificent terrace. Lydia and Julien are very friendly and despite a long holiday weekend, they insisted on coming to see if everything was okay for us. Welcome with a bottle of wine. Linen and sheets that smell wonderfully good. On the other hand, the WiFi is a little slow for teleworking. I recommend it.

It is a great and homely furnished home. Lots of privacy, and beautiful views from really any space! We immediately felt at home. At the beginning we had a request to Nathalie, which was immediately arranged for us, really great. In short: highly recommended, also because it is a perfect base for the area between the rivers Dordogne and the Vésère, near the beautiful town of Sarlat.

Very pleasant stay at Corinne's. The accommodation matches the listing perfectly. The wood stove is a real plus, we loved it! Corinne made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived, although late, Corinne was very understandable. Ideal location for exploring the region (activities, leisure, outings, nearby shops). Corinne was able to advise us perfectly. We highly recommend this peaceful place in the quiet of the countryside. We'll be back without a doubt.

Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!

A beautiful place to have a good holiday, quiet, in a pleasant house close to Sarlat and many other sites, go there with your eyes closed. Maria is very responsive and there is nothing missing in the house. We're coming back, for sure.

If you are looking for a quiet but spacious property with sense of freedom this property is perfect. Its large living space offers separation even if travelling in larger groups. It is very secluded so own transport is a must. That said, a short drive into Sarlat is a must. A huge selection of restaurants, bars and local markets and the most picturesque town I think I have ever seen.

A lovely private old cottage on beautiful grounds with a swimming pool. The cottage is fenced in, so the dog can run free in the garden. It has everything you need and is nice and cool on hot summer days. Patrick was so welcoming. We loved our stay here.

An interesting layout for a beautiful cottage, it takes a bit to get used to it, amazing views, at the edge of the forest and the village. We had a wonderful time with our friends, lots of activities to do in the area and many places to visit. Thank you for you hospitality, Lumi & Liviu

Amazing Airbnb, exactly what we were looking for and even better . Every space was perfect and done with lot of taste. Robert and Stéphane were super friendly and recommended very nice villages to visit , they were very nice to chat to. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to go there again

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Very clean new house with 3 double bedrooms in the countryside. Ideal for exploring around Sarlat la Canéda, Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil. It takes a little time to go around the small village a few hundred meters away. The castles and prehistoric caves are magnificent. The gastronomy of the formidable region. After a long day of sightseeing, the house is very relaxing, right in front of a forest. No car traffic, just the birds singing.

Everything was perfect👌. Very nice, functional, very well-equipped, clean, spacious house (very good bedding). Very pleasant garden too (shaded and sunny). Close to lots of things to do. We were hosted very well and advised. Excellent family weekend in this beautiful house. We recommend it +++

We thank Laurence for hosting us and for her kindness as well as Niels. Our stay went very well. The cottage met our expectations. The peaceful setting in unspoiled nature is relaxing and allowed us to recharge our batteries. This gite is recommended.

We were warmly greeted by Adriano and Maria. Their son will translate if you don’t speak French, but fortunately I speak a little so it was like being welcomed by friends. The house is newly renovated, immaculate, well equipped, and they left us fresh flowers, strawberry jam, mineral water, and chocolates. Love the Nescafé pod machine. It is a 5 minute walk into gorgeous Sarlat. There is secure parking and/or a garage from the adjacent street. A table, chairs and umbrella in the yard by the front door are available and two recliners in the garden. Adriano also rents out the other half of the house on Airbnb, but it is totally separate and we had to go out of the way to meet our neighbours. Location is very quiet. There are so many beautiful villages, stunning countryside and chateaux around Sarlat you find it difficult to do everything and enjoy the accommodation. This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in.

the house was extremely comfortable and had a lovely fenced garden and super terrace. we enjoyed coming home there. the distance from facilities was doable with sarlat 14 mins away.

The outdoor kitchen and relaxing area was superb. We spent a lot of time out there watching the birds and balloons float by. Loved sitting in the tub with cool water on a hot day, watching the boats on the river. Gorgeous views of the town. Central location to easily drive out to so many beautiful picturesque towns. Highly recommend the canoe loisirs 3 hour canoe journey from vitrac to beynac. They run a very cheerful organized business.

The apartment is in a great location, easy access to the old city. It was extremely comfortable and well equipped. No hesitation to recommend.

Great welcome from Alexandre upon our arrival and for departure, welcome dynamic smiling. The space is spotless and matches the photos perfectly. Super well located Lascaux cave and shop on foot, super quiet street. Great family weekend spent at Alexandre and Tiphaine's. I would recommend it in a second.

We enjoyed our trip to Sarlat very much, and were here for a week with three young kids (6, 4, 1). Overall: this Airbnb is very centrally located and great to explore Sarlat. Apartment is clean, the best part is the terrace hands down. Biggest downside is the parking situation which is a 10-15 min walk (but this is Sarlat, you want parking you need to stay on the outskirts). Would not recommend with small children under three (see below). Pros: Very clean, the terrace is amazing. Bedrooms comfortable enough. Cons: No elevator (wasn’t a big deal to us but may be for some). Parking situation was a nightmare for us, it’s a lot to drag 3 kids 15-20 minutes uphill. For families: do not recommend. We have a 1 yr old. Tv in the middle with wires unmounted. All glassware in sliding cabinet in the island. Breakables everywhere. Plant in the middle. Tripping hazard on the kitchen making it hard for tall people to cook. Really would advise against if you have littles, but otherwise great!
