Dispõe de sala ampla, dois quartos, cozinha totalmente equipada (fogão a gaz de 2 bicos, microondas,fogão a lenha/salamandra com forno,móveis de cozinha,etc, casa de banho e alpendre).No exterior dispõe de mesa em granito e grelhador. Acesso livre a todos os equipamentos da Quinta: 2 piscinas (uma delas coberta), campo de futebol, ténis, slide, parque infantil e sala de convívio.
