Holiday rentals with a patio in Marco Island

If you are looking for a quiet yet beautiful location, this is the place for you. The view from the pool was amazing and many times we saw dolphins swimming in the area. The pictures accurately portray the condo. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

Jessica was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our flight got cancelled the morning of our intended arrival pushing us back a day, Jessica worked with us to add a day to the end of our stay, she's great! The condo is spotless, well appointed, tastefully decorated, located in our favorite area of the island and provides a beautiful view of the Marco River. We've stayed at a number of places on Marco over the years and Jessica's ranks as our new #1!

The studio looked just like the pictures! Everything was clean and beautiful! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I had a great stay and I would 100% rent it again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay while in town for a fishing trip! No frills but probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Like…spotless. Furniture in the living room appeared to be brand new, same with bedrooms. The mattresses were super comfortable and I slept really well which isn’t something i can always say. Not a lot of hosts spend much time or money on nice mattresses but Amanda most certainly did! Will definitely stay here again.

What a perfect spot! We were so impressed with this condo. It’s in such a charming location on the north side of the island in Olde Town. We could walk to restaurants and a cute little bakery for coffee. The host is so accommodating and great with communication and questions. They also have a private beach access which is a short drive away and we took advantage of it both days. So amazing, free parking. The condo has been renovated top to bottom and it’s gorgeous. This is an end unit in the building so we loved the extra large outdoor patio! We ate most of our meals and had coffee out there everyday. We highly recommend this place! Planning to come back in May!

This little beach house was super cute and clean! We had no issues at all and we had a great stay. We’d definitely come back!

We were so pleased to find Michael’s place. It is a comfortable condo and is in walking distance to the beach. He had all the beach gear needed and the we loved the clean kitchen and patio for meals. The washer/dryer was great and the layout was comfortable for my family and my parents. It was a great spot for a family vacation.

Hopes place was beautiful. It is brand new and in a great location. Every amenity was there and it felt like home. The only issue I had was the smoke detector battery died at 2am and that noise is loud and doesn’t stop until you fix it. Hope had it fixed the next morning. The other issue odd we rented paddle boards for the weekend thinking we could use the dock to lower them in be water but it was broke and wouldn’t be fixed at all to use. We had already paid so lost money on that. I would definitely stay here again even with the few issues we had. Hope was very responsive and we loved being on the water. Went fishing right off the dock and caught fish. Amazing place with a few hiccups.

This is a great home! The pool was a nice set up - the layout and space for the house was perfect. It only took about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. We would for sure look to visit again. Thank you!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. Everything was in perfect working order, and we didn’t encounter a single issue during our weekend stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommend! Our stay was pampering and luxurious. The home and its amenities felt like it was curated personally for our family. The host has created a little heaven on earth for couples and families to vacation and reconnect, all while feeling as though the host is there catering to your every need. We travel often, and I am almost at a loss of words to describe how wonderful this home and host were. Absolutely outstanding. We highly recommend and will be blessed to stay here in the future.

We had the most wonderful time in this home. We think it was one of the most beautiful Airbnb's we have rented. My husband and I traveled with 5 teenage boys. The home was perfect. The layout was outstanding and each room was just what was needed. The location can't be beat and Koury supplied bikes which was a massive perk. The boys were able to easily bike to the beach, shops, restaurants, and then relax in the pool after a long day. Koury was responsive both before and during our stay when I had a few questions. We honestly can't say enough! We would definitely return if we decide to go back to Marco Island!!

Our family had the most amazing time at Kate’s place in Marco Island! The home was cute, quaint, and beautifully decorated — it had such a warm and welcoming vibe. The game room and game table were truly one of a kind. There were so many games and activities that we never even turned on the TV — even on a rainy day, there was no chance of being bored! It was the perfect setup for spending real quality time together as a family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Kate, Liz, and Kim were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for taking walks with our dogs, which made it feel even more like home. The beach was just a quick 5-minute drive away, which made daily trips super easy. We had such a memorable trip and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful space that is well maintained and steps from the beach. Private backyard with a beautiful outdoor space to grill and lounge by the pool. Very attentive and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again. The home had everything you could need and want to have an excellent beach vacation. Highly recommend this home away from home!

This place was so close to the beach and town. Quick drive to more restaurants and supermarket . Place was incredibly clean with everything you can think of, beach wagons, playpen, beach toys, umbrellas, chairs . Kitchen was stocked utensils and cooking items along with paper goods, paper towels toilet paper . Plenty of Beach towels and bath towels . The washer machine is a plus. Beds were very comfortable! It was perfect stay for a beach vacation with my family and small child. Travis was super responsive whenever needed ! We’ll definitely be back!

We loved the place so much we extended our stay! Karen was gracious enough to accommodate our request and let us stay a few more days in paradise!

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Katlyn was a great host and the condo was perfect for our family vacation. We love Sanibel and the location near the lighthouse is the best you can ask for on the island. The unit was well equipped for our family and the extra beach chairs and umbrella were much appreciated. We’ll definitely be back to Sanibel for years to come and will look to book here again.

The apartment it’s beautiful, clean and with everything you might need. Sarah and Kevin were always super kind, nice and helpful. 100% recommended!!!! I hope I can go back soon :)

This condo matched the online pictures perfectly. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner has the kitchen stocked with anything you could ever need during your stay. The storage closet contains all items you need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach bags, beach toys - and you can even find refreezable ice blocks for the cooler available in the freezer. She has thought of everything! We loved the patio overlooking the pool and had coffee there every morning and then ended our evening in same spot. The heated pool was great, very well maintained and the people we chatted with were all friendly and welcoming. Despite the fact that there is a popular restaurant on site, the property is extremely quiet at night. We ate at that Tiki Bar one evening, and also enjoyed dinner at Snook’s and breakfast at Doreen’s Cup of Joe several times during our stay. Great recommendations also from the owner. Our vacation on Marco Island in this condo was wonderful!

This is a lovely really clean unit, in a very beautiful setting, peaceful. I loved listening to the birds while reading on the screened in porch. The location can’t be beat for proximity to restaurants, Publix, Rose Marina, specialty boutiques and an amazing thrift store The Bargain Basket that truly has thrift store pricing. We come to Marco for the shelling and it never disappoints. A hidden gem for FABULOUS fresh seafood is directly across the street from Old Marco Cove House ( though you have to look for it), called LeeBee’s (spelling?). Our boat captain recommended it, I haven’t seen it advertised 🤷‍♀️. Highly recommend also. Michelle also recommended Napoli’s on the bay IV, as a good choice for pizza. She was right, we got some twice. The unit had a little laundry room which was great to have to get our stuff dry before packing. Of note is that is that this is a structure on piling so there are stairs to get to the unit. All in all a great little AirBnb. Will be back!
