This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Great communication, easy check in

When folks enjoy hospitality it is obvious. Bear Necessities is a wonderful AirBnB. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the whole apartment is lovely. The bear theme is well done and fun, but not over done. Charlotte and I van are excellent hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches to show that they want you to enjoy your stay. The location was good for us as we don’t really enjoy being in the busy parts of town. We enjoyed the quiet.

10/10 stay. This Airbnb had everything we were looking for: -Proximately to a Beach -Outdoor Space -Peaceful/Walkable Neighborhood -Clean -Modern -Access to Beach Supplies There was not a single thing I could critique about our stay here. It had everything we were looking for, on top of the fact that it spotless. I also underestimated how nice the beach supplies would be. There were multiple Tommy Bahama chairs (high quality), sturdy umbrellas, and a number of nice hard-cover coolers. Everything someone would need to go enjoy a full day at the beach. This is a no-brainer Airbnb for southwest Florida.

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

My husband, toddler and I really enjoyed making memories in Marco Island staying at Richard’s place! The view was incredible and enjoyed by all! We loved finding shells on the beach and all the amenities provided. We felt so lucky to stay there! The pool was great too when we needed a break from the sand. Richard gave great instructions and was very responsive to our needs. The property manager welcomed us warmly and was very friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this place if you love the beach!

Beautiful updated home, well stocked with beach supplies, bicycles & kitchen goods. The LoveSac sectional was wonderful for us to just relax and watch movies. It was also a great location, close to all the activities but also nice and quiet for a restful sleep. The beds were comfortable and we loved our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

I stayed in this house for 5 nights with my family of 6 and it was perfect; the house was great and had everything we needed and more, unexpected items like the printer and beach towels as well as all beach necessities you see in the pictures of the garage. We cannot wait to return to this house.

This is a beautiful home on the island. Approximately 5-10 minutes from all restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood was quiet. Lots of parking. Bedroom and accommodations worked out well for 8 adults. Definitely could have added 2 additional as we did not use the office area and air mattresses available.

The house is first class perfect. Beautiful and clean. Met all our needs inside and out. Fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The pool is large and inviting. We would definitely return because the hospitality was superior to other rentals we’ve experienced!

What a beautiful cozy home! From the moment we walked through the door, Karen’s home hugged and welcomed us. Just as described and pictured, clean and beautifully decorated (we loved all of the beachy decor). The burrowing owls were a highlight nextdoor and throughout this lovely island. Thank you for thinking of every detail and all of the little extras you provide…can’t wait to go back someday!

We loved our time here! The house was so comfortable and was extremely clean! We enjoyed a few friendly games of pool and really enjoyed the pool. There were plenty of pool floats. Having a beach wagon, beach tent, chairs, toys, and towels was super awesome and made our beach time so much better. Easy, quick walk around to the beach, mini golf, restaurants, and shops. Would absolutely recommend this to any family traveling here.

This was our last family trip with our daughter before she gets married and leaves the nest! It was also the first vacation our family had been on in a few years. This home was nothing short of perfect! Very well kept, perfect amount of space and the owners were extremely accomodating! They even set up a Christmas Tree for us. We are hoping to make this an anual visit! We HIGHLY recommend this property!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment. From the beginning, the instructions were very clear. The location is spectacular, just minutes from the beach. The apartment is very clean and organized, with all the necessary amenities for a fantastic stay. The community is very quiet. Mary was an excellent host. Definitely highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Edgar’s condo. It was extremely clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The extra items in the carport storage for the beach provided us with all we would need for a beach day. Perfect vacation at a perfect location!! Thank you so much!!!

The apartment is very nice, nicely furnished, great size for a family of 2-4. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a balcony to chill outside and looking partially to the bay which is beautiful. The pool is a huge plus, including a hot tub! It has it’s own parking lot, also an elevator which was very convenient! There were beach equipments included and a beach car - it was amazing! The beaches are short drives away, public parking is available so not a big deal. Tom is very responsive, check-in and check-out go super smooth and flexible. An absolutely great deal to stay here:)

Home Review: Great condo on the beach, perfect for two adults. It is small, but exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, fun decor (beachy and modern). Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels provided. A special thank you for including a beach tote with the chairs and umbrella. Wi-fi didn't consistently reach all the way out to patio when the door was closed, but it wasn't a big deal. Well equipped kitchen. Complex Review: It's a bit complicated at first at check in - there's a lot of information they give to you. It is a two key facility - one key for front door, beach access, elevator access and one for home access, but that's standard and a good security process. Reserved parking spot was a nice bonus. The bar/grill in building serves a GREAT cocktail and better than average bar food. Host: Easy communication, clear instructions, clear paperwork. We've been to Marco many times, both hotel and rental....would return here!

We stayed here instead of the JW for a wedding weekend and it was so perfect. 2 min walk to the JW. Private pool. Beach access. The condo itself was super clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend. The little condo community is super quiet and friendly. The pool was never crowded unlike the JW. Elevators were quick. We had all the amenities listed like toilet paper, paper towels, there were also some toiletries left behind by other guests that came in handy. Ice machine in the freezer was also great for cold drink. Would stay here again!

This was our second stay at this stunning beachfront condo on Marco Island, and it truly felt like another week in paradise. We loved every moment—relaxing by the ocean, waking up to breathtaking water views from the balcony, and taking peaceful morning strolls along the expansive beaches, especially Tigertail. The beach wagon was a thoughtful touch that made getting to the shore a breeze. Gerrit was a fantastic, responsive host who made everything seamless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
