The beautifully landscaped garden with a 15m2 pool, whirlpool,a lounge area, a sun deck and a barbecue area are made for a great outdoor experience. Private parking.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

Opustite se u ovom ugodnom i lijepo uređenom smještaju.Apartman se nalazi na 1.katu i pogodan je za dvije osobe.Ovaj studio apartman ima sve što Vam je potrebno za Vaš odmor. Nalazi se u centru grada ,ali u sporednoj ulici .Vrlo je mirno i tiho,a opet na tri koraka od dućana,tržnice ,pekare. Plaza ,luka i restorani su također blizu. Sve je na pješačkoj udaljenosti, tako da Vam vozilo uopće ne treba.Svoje vozilo možete parkirati na privatnom parkingu unutar zatvorenog dvorišta.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, entspricht der Beschreibung. Auch die Lage war ideal zentriert (schnelle Möglichkeiten mit dem Auto zu vielen nahegelegenen Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten; Meer 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt). Suzana reagierte schnell auf Fragen und gab Auskunft über die Umgebung. Kommen gerne wieder!

Loved our stay at this cottage. Spent most of our time outdoors in the rear pool area. Quiet, private, spacious, lovely warm decent sized pool. Sun in the rear garden all day long, but ample shade areas if needed. We used the pool room for cooking, showering & only slept in the cottage adjacent, at night time. Probably could have manged without the cottage to be fair, as there was only the two of us. We could happily have spent our entire holiday at the poolside without leaving to explore the surroundings, however you need a car to explore from here. Many places to visit within a short distance. We'll be back one day. Thank you to the top quality hosts. David & Janie.

Gostitelj je prijazen, zelo odziven in ustrežljiv, apartma takšen kot na sliki, lokacija je mirna, v neposredni bližini dve poceni restavraciji z odlično hrano, plaža blizu, na plaži je veliko aktivnosti za vsa starostna obdobja. Priporočam.

Lokalita blízko pláže, v klidné čtvrti. Hostitel velmi dobře komunikoval, proto bylo velmi snadné ubytování najít a dostat se dovnitř. Apartmán byl čistý a vše bylo nachystáno. Doporučuji.
