The apartment is perfect for accommodating two couples. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. The room to live is very functional. The garden and pool are accessible and are very pleasant. Jean-Paul was very good at advising on activities to do. And above all, he was very warm and accommodating. We had a great weekend in the Périgord Vert. I highly recommend it.

An absolutely stunning Airbnb, Debbie & Mike were amazing hosts! we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t make use of the lovely pool and outdoor dining area. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you!

I've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's - more than 30. So when I say Allison & David were the best hosts I've ever had, it means something. The day we arrived, they greeted us at the door, introduced us small and friendly chihuahuas, and showed us around the place. The interior was in amazing shape, especially for a 350 year old building! They had bread with homemade jam for us in the fridge (delicious) which we enjoyed over our 3 days there. Me and my travel companions loved chatting with them in the morning and getting local tips, including several restaurant recommendations. On a day where we had transportation issues, David was grabbing his keys to bring us down the road before we even had a chance to ask. The home was truly beautiful but the hosts really made the trip for us. I know we would love to come back if we ever have a chance.

We enjoyed our two weeks stay at Véronique‘s a lot. The house is very nice, we felt at home right away. It is located in a lovely, well kept and quite village. If you see the neighbours in the streets, they are friendly. The house itself is very clean, offers even more space than the photos indicate, and is very well decorated. The kitchen has everything we needed when it comes to utensils and machinery. The bathrooms are nice, too. The view from the house onto the property and surrounding landscape is amazing and invites you to relax. We took a lot of meals on the balcony. We enjoyed the garden and especially the pool which is looked after by a specialist every view days. We saw a lot of different birds while being in the garden. The village offers a small restaurant and a very good bakery both with French cuisine/ pastry.

Great rural location and wonderful hosts! Near the famous Riberac Friday market, and picturesque villages like Aubeterre, Bourdeilles, Brantome, etc.

We had a super nice stay with Daniel and Claire, beautiful gite with welcome swimming pool, beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling, but especially the peace and waking up with only the sound of the birds was super enjoyable for us, our dog Ziggy also enjoyed and felt very welcome. In short, highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time in this spacious and cozy farmhouse. A great location, wonderfully quiet and beautifully situated. Enjoy the birds and butterflies in the large garden. Really an ideal place to relax and unwind. We were warmly welcomed by Anne, a very nice and friendly hostess. You feel more than welcome here. If it is up to us, we would like to come back.

This was one of the best French gites we have ever stayed at. The finish inside and outside was very high quality, the design was beautiful and it was very well equipped throughout and also comfortable. Christelle, our host, was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The setting is so private, the only noise you will hear is the birds singing and the cicadas doing whatever it is they do to make that noise that confirms you are on holiday! In a word - lovely!

Armand and Stéphanie were fabulous, friendly and considerate hosts. The location is great and peaceful, a magnificent restoration work has been done. A plus for the beautiful jacuzzi that we could not use for weather reasons, but it's only a matter of time. You can go there with your eyes closed (not too much because you have to look at the road), you will not be disappointed.

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.

We had a great stay at Rebecca's, the accommodation is as described. Rebecca is a very responsive and accommodating host. The house is large and well-equipped for family gatherings. We would recommend it without hesitation 🙂

Evan Et Jennifer’s was a charming refurbished chalet that was very modern. It had everything you could want , especially in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a beautiful loft bedroom and nice living room. It was very spotless and tidy. The bucolic surroundings made for a peaceful stay. It was very central to many of the prehistoric caves we visited.

Very nice and warm house. We spent the Christmas holidays there with the family (8 people of several generations). Communication was easy, kind, and easy. The kitchen is very well equipped and we were able to cook for the holidays without any problem. Only downside, the bedroom on the second floor has no walls so not insulated from noise. The garden is well maintained and even in winter, we appreciated its serenity

What more can be said than exceptional? We will be back very soon and for longer. Impeccable service, simple, fast and available communication. We feel so good in this accommodation! Best accommodation near Angoulême that we could try.

An enchanted break!!! How can I tell you!! It's a paradise on earth, Céline and Christel are adorable. Very easy and pleasant communication. They have created a peaceful haven that takes you to a timeless world to rest. Everything is done with taste in the smallest detail. It's even more beautiful than in the photos. Jane was the best, most helpful and most reliable host I have ever encountered. She helped me retrieve left behind luggage by spending hours on the phone with DHL and the car rental office where my luggage was left. Jane’s property is in a stunning location, surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields and as I am an artist it was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and thought to every detail. It is located about 25 minutes from Angoulême, a small city with excellent restaurants and shops. It is also in easy access to many small and pretty villages like Auberterre Sur Dronne. I highly recommend staying at Jane’s in Champagne-Vigny. I highly recommend this property
