Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. In an old isolated U-shaped farm, the small gîte includes, on the ground floor, a large living room, equipped kitchen, table and seating area. Upstairs, two bedrooms each comprising, at your choice, two single beds or a double bed. The independent entrance is from the courtyard or a garden table is provided on sunny days. You will always find shade in the courtyard. Heating for the mid-season is provided by a reversible air conditioner.

Our village of Ste Christie d'Armagnac has a unique site in Europe, classified as historical monuments (a castle wall made of dry earth, a feudal mound and its church)
