Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy a refurbished (June '25) self contained apartment situated within a 10minute walk of Maria Alm's centre a village in the Pinzgau region of Austria, with views out onto the Hochkönig range of mountains, a sport paradise region well connected to Salzburg airport and other areas of Europe. With a population of over 2000, the village boasts a golf course, skiing, MBT routes, public pool, tennis courts, pharmacy, supermarkets and restaurants.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door.
