WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

We felt more than comfortable with Kristina, so comfortable that we almost wanted to move in ourselves. 😅 The furnishing style modern mixed with old elements of the house totally picked us up. Kristina gave us great tips for the area, so we actually needed even more time. An extra highlight was the forest sauna🌲 We were asked so often which accommodation we are in🤭 We will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We had an unforgettable stay at Hallstatt Lakeview House! The views were absolutely stunning — truly some of the best in the area. The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions that made finding the house easy. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

Lovely location, friendly and helpful host

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We had a wonderful time at Christine's! She is a very warm and friendly host – the arrival was totally flexible and uncomplicated. The apartment is located in a very quiet environment, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. If you like hiking or cycling, you will find perfect conditions here. The nearby Traunsee is simply breathtakingly beautiful! We highly recommend the place and would be happy to come back.

It was our third time in Salzkammergut and wonderful Sankt-Wolfgang. I think this town is the best location around! The lake is amazing! Simone’s apartment was at my “wish list” at Airbnb, since my previous trip. And I’m very happy that I had opportunity to realise it! Details: Apartment is fully equipped. Everything is very comfortable and high quality as if the apartment was furnished to live in, not for rent. View: Amazing, much better I could imagine watching photos. The balcony/terrace is very big and fully furnished (dinner set: table and chairs), sofa, comfortable chairs, etc. Parking: Comfortable public parking in 100 metres. 8 euros/day. It’s so spacious, that I think even in high season there are parking spaces available. Restaurants: A lot of restaurants around. Simone gave us restaurant guide and recommendations. P.S. To reach the apartment you need to walk downstairs approximately 2 stories. It’s not a problem at all, but you should take it in consideration

Beautiful place to stay in Bad Hofgastein. You have a stunning elevated view from the studio apartment, with a nice table and chairs on the balcony. It also has a microwave, stove and all cooking utensils, plus a washing machine. You have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

What a lovely place to stay! Anna was lovely and extremely friendly and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would also love to stay again!

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the accommodation is also ideal: quietly located, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations in Berchtesgadener Land. When we arrived at the place, we were impressed by the beautiful surrounding landscape. The check-in process is well described and was conquered on the first try. The apartment breathed a piece of home on us and was a great starting point for all-day hiking trips. The apartment has amazing views of the surrounding countryside and tops of the Alps, the sunrise here is captivating. We didn't want to leave. Thank you 😉👍
