Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Son Real d'Alt. Mansion with great views

Son Real d'Alt is a 'former Mallorcan estate' mansion dating back to the 15th century dedicated to agriculture, restored in 2015 (respecting its roots and dressing it in modernity) to be able to dedicate it to vacation rentals, in it you can enjoy the authentic rural Mallorca. It consists of 100,000 square meters of forest, fields, and plantations, with a 350 square meter house located on top of a hill with an extraordinary view of the Sierra de Llevant and its wonderful sunrises.

Downstairs: Two double bedrooms with shared access and one shared bathroom (see floor plan).

Through narrow and picturesque alleys you reach the centre of the village, where townhouse with pool is located. The Plaça with its restaurants and bars is only a stone's throw away. The nearest beaches are in Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or Playa de Muro, all about 20 minutes away by car. The house has been lovingly modernised and decorated and offers an original interior, a roof terrace with views and a cosy patio to relax on.

The main level comprises a spacious and nicely decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with "en-suite" bathroom and wardrobe, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The lower floor features two big bedrooms, one with "en-suite" bathroom and the other one with a walk-in closet 2 beds and a sofa bed (for 2).
