Very easy to communicate with Kaj. The house is fairly near Mariehamn and a quick drive to all the shops. Everything you need is there, including a vacuum cleaner and other products. We had an enjoyable stay.

The place was a great fit for our family with kids. The home was beautiful, spacious, and functional, and the kids loved the toys and the yard. Anette answered all questions quickly and kindly. The location is a short walk from the center, but still in a very quiet area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and pleasant home near the center of Mariehamn. The house had everything we needed for our family's stay. The beds were comfortable, the house had several options for sleeping arrangements, including two good-looking extra beds that we did not need.

Place was really beautiful and cozy. Lennart was super nice and recommended things to do and see.

We were a group of 8 who were on a bachelor party and rented this cabin. Incredibly idyllic and quiet in the area. Very open and social in the living room with a great view over the water. Comfortable beds and super cozy with fireplace outside as well as fireplace in the living room. A little logistics around the bathroom as there is only 1 shower and 1 toilet, but you had to plan the toilet visits a little more carefully. There is no direct garbage disposal next to the house, so we didn't get all the garbage in the taxi back to the boat, but Johanna is great to deal with so we had to leave a part that the cleaning crew could take care of. 10/10, we already want to book a new trip next year to the same house!

The cottage is a wonderful retreat. Due to the attention to detail, the cottage feels really homely. It hurt to have to drive back. A truly heavenly place!

A 30-minute drive from the port led us to this idyllic seaside cottage. In the bosom of nature, a charming blue cottage awaited, and on the table, a bouquet of wildflowers and a chocolate bar. The place was cozy and wonderfully peaceful, with only the sounds of nature to accompany us. Special thanks also for the breakfast basket that included breakfast rolls and freshly brewed coffee. The host was kind and thoughtful, the cottage was decorated with love. Thanks again for the wonderful mini-vacation at Ida's cottage.

It was a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a good personal touch. A short walk from the center of Mariehamn and the promenade. In a nice area and a parking spot in the yard. This is where I could stay again👌

Petra's house was magnificent - it bathed in natural light and all the windows had magnificent views. The private beach was really private and nice. The sun shines on the terrace from morning to night. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay - we felt privileged to stay in such a great place. What a find - we will definitely return 😊

Me and my spouse had a wonderful and truly enjoyable holiday week at Åland. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and responded rapidly to messages. The environment was rich in nature, beautiful landscape, a peaceful corner next to a sea shore. The cottage had all we needed and was very comfortable.

This place offers great value for money. It’s about a 45-minute walk through the forest from the harbor to Timo’s house, and we were lucky enough to spot two deer along the way. On the way back, you can walk along the water to reach the beach. The room was perfectly sufficient for the three of us — a cozy space that we really liked. I especially loved the sea view from Timo’s yard. It’s a pity that we had to cancel our planned grilling because the wind was so strong on Saturday afternoon, even though Timo had already kindly prepared the equipment, which we are still very grateful. 🙏🏻

Returned with our family and we had another great stay at Jacob's Klipphus. It's truly an excellent destination for a getaway vacation.

A peaceful, beautiful place. Lots to do and see in the surrounding area. Cozy, big, nice apartment. Communication was really straightforward and easy. The place exceeded our expectations! Warm recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay! It rained a little bit while we were there, and while it rained we made great use of the sauna - jumping in the water afterwards was a great way to cool off! Being close to Mariehamn made it great to drive into town - there’s a whole bunch of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, along with a mini-golf course. Overall it felt very secluded, and we loved our stay. Would stay again!

Magical house that enchanted us. Fantastically decorated where you felt like you want to hang out and be in the house. Natalie was a great hostess who responded quickly and was available. We had a fantastic weekend.
