Excellente localisation pour profiter de cette magnifique région et de toutes les commodités (commerces et location de vélos à deux pas). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce beau logement, spacieux et particulièrement bien équipé. Sandrine est une personne charmante et disponible qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. Il y a tout le matériel bébé à disposition (lit, chaise haute, baignoire) ainsi que des livres et des jouets pour les enfants. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet (vor allem auch die Küche) und sie liegt in einem ruhigen, entspannten Wohngebiet. Der Balkon und die Aussicht sind natürlich super und Nathalie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Annecy und die Gegend hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Our stay in the village of Passy was absolutely amazing. The house felt like a little piece of paradise – calm, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The garden was so magical that we didn’t even feel like leaving the property – it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts were incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended

What an amazing place, complete with everything you could possibly need, and the best host, Bendrie - whose warm smile and friendly demeanor invites you to feel immediately at home. Mimi the cat also helped with that. The space was more than enough for 3 couples to share, buy we were only 3 in total so we enjoyed spreading out and soaking up the views from the balconies. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend the hike to Lac Taney as well, which is conveniently on your doorstep. Also, loved the drive up and down the mountain. A perfect experience for my sister and niece to experience Switzerland for the first time. Truly unforgettable.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Magnifique chalet,superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc , environnement calme et paisible ,très cocooning, aménagement original, décoration épurée et chic. Plusieurs balcons pour se poser et admirer la vue. Terrasse à l'arrière du chalet bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux avec cadeaux de bienvenue, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients, sont réactifs, disponibles et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Avons passé une magnifique semaine.

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Great apartment. We stayed for a cycling trip. Clear communication and well-equipped chalet with washer / dryer and lots of kitchen items. Great to have parking on site. The apartment is on the first floor so only small steps up inside the building. Private garage (‘box’) which was useful too. Thanks!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Yannick und Jerome rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie ist super gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – wirklich an alles wurde gedacht. Man merkt, dass viel Herzblut drinsteckt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
