It is in the city center, close to the theater, a 7-minute walk from the Orleans Cathedral. Easy paid or free parking 10 min walk on the banks of the Loire or adjacent streets.

Welcome to this house completely refurbished by my spouse and I (and also my beautiful dad!!) Located in the municipality of Combleux,a small village of mariniers. The house is in a classified park and is part of a set of buildings It is close to the Canal d 'Orléans, and the Loire by bike. Quick access (15 min) to Orléans city center by car or tram (tram relay with parking at 5 min). For the baby bed or chair just ask us the day before your arrival!

The studio, south facing, has private access which is at the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European "Transibérique" bike path. The Loire runs along the canal: located between the two, the seawall takes you to the center of Orleans 6 km away. Carole's apartment is ideally located 2 minutes' walk from the Loire. The town center is also easily and quickly accessible. The parking right next door is convenient when you're passing through. Decoration and layout done with great taste and common sense. Everything you could possibly need is there and it's very nice. Carole and her husband were present when we arrived and very responsive.

Home located in the middle of a forest that makes the experience unique. Hosts are very available and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay, all the necessities are present in the accommodation (dishes etc.). Also if you have an infant, everything you need is provided (crib and high chair).
