Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Marina Alta

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is located on Calpe's main street, in a very atmospheric area and close to the beach. The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and well-kept. Its terrace is huge, ideal for summer, and has a fan and air conditioning. As for the contact with Virginia, excellent, at all times he cared about explaining everything, adapting schedules and resolving any questions. You've been a great host. When we go to Calpe, we will definitely repeat.

Great apartment to go with kids. The kitchen amenities are a little short (cutlery and dishes) but the rest is perfect. We had a great time

Perfectly placed apartment in the centre of lively Alicante. Everything you need for a fantastic holiday. You are surrounded by so many eateries that you will have to extend your holiday in order to try them all. So wonderful to be coastal and yet city Central. Did I mention the wonderful shops and market? Had a wonderful stay. Thank you Steve.

The property was very clean and easy to find, with clear and helpful instructions provided. Check-in was incredibly flexible, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. The hostess was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. A genuinely great experience from start to finish and so peaceful!

Great stay at Denis's! The accommodation is very spacious with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea 🌊 which was very nice for breakfast. Very clean accommodation and pool nearby really convenient for the kids. We had a great vacation! thank you Denis. We'll be there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we particularly loved the balcony space. The facilities in the building were first class and we used the indoor pool every day. Swim caps are required but can be bought for €3 at the desk. Views are incredible and it was only a 30 minute walk to the old town. A taxi home was only €7 and a 5 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and shops nearby. All the staff were friendly and the gated security entrance gave you a nice feeling of security. We are already thinking of booking for next year as it is the most relaxed we have felt in recent holidays.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

The photos don't do it justice, it's a very spacious apartment with spectacular views. It also feels a lot of privacy. When you arrive, you find that you have everything in place, it's like being at home, you don't need to bring almost anything. For us, the most important thing is the cleanliness and this apartment met our expectations, we felt very comfortable since we arrived. Cathy is always attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would come back without thinking!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

This is the second time I have booked at this address and I am still satisfied. This time, the accommodation was on the first floor and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a terrace. The location is very central but at the same time in a quiet street. Which is rare in Alicante. Close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to shops and the central market. Many buses nearby. What I also like is that the accommodation is new and very clean. The host is always welcoming. And the big advantage is that both the arrival and the departure are flexible.

It was a fantastic stay😊 We highly recommend this home. The place was perfect for us, and in the middle of the city center, a short distance to the beach and all the restaurants. We will definitely come again.
