We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment. The apartment was not only beautiful but also conveniently located. It was just a stone's throw away from the city center, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town. Moreover, the beach was also within walking distance, which was a major highlight for us. It allowed us to spend some relaxing days by the sea without the need for long commutes. The apartment's aesthetics and its proximity to both the town square and the beach made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and well-located accommodation.

Very spacious apartment. Great for a large family. Two bathrooms, location close to everything and to the beach too. Lots of services within easy walking distance. Definitely would return.

The apartment was clean and nice, close to everything and perfect for a long weekend. The host answers fast, and were clear with the instructions. Everything was good.

The house is better than in the photos, it is huge and everything is very well cared for, the area is perfect and has everything.

Very cozy apartment, just as you can see in the photos. We visited the place in September, the beach of the best of Santa Pola, the very quiet urbanization. We felt right at home. Pilar a host of 10, always pending.

Bright, beautiful rooms with stylish details that were consistent throughout. It’s a well-designed and lovely apartment that has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were a good size, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location is fantastic, with everything being so central. Whether you want to go for a swim or dine out, everything is just a short walk away. A pleasant surprise was how peaceful it was, despite being so centrally located. The children loved being able to swim in the pool and then take a short stroll down to the beach. We spent our afternoons on the spacious balcony, which had both sun loungers and dining furniture. From start to finish, our stay at Puri's apartment wad outstanding. Very easy to find with clear instructions on how to enter. Puri was attentive to messages, however was not often needed because the apartment was brilliant and exceeded our expectations. we will definitely be staying again. On hand is a lovely little kitchen with everything that you need, a washing machine and space on the balcony to dry your clothes, it's a home away from home and very comfortable to stay in. Thanks so much, being in your apartment really did enhance our stay. So close to beach, cafes, bars and restaurants and very close to our family who live in calpe. hope to deal with you again.

listing consistent with photos erik is super friendly and responsive but we did not meet him. the terrace is superb with an amazing view cooking essentials the beds are good The residence is very good with the pool next door without too many people we tested the hammam and we went to the bellavista pool at times when there is no one there (3pm/5pm). it's quiet in the residence and you have to respect it, it's not a party-goer residence but rather for family. beach 15 minutes away in oliva we 100% recommend

Alejandro, the host, was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us raise our luggage to the accommodation, thank you, the house was great, nothing was missing, ok the cleanliness, wonderful views,the sea, the very comfortable beds, garden with barbecue, we spent a few very quiet days, we will return, the negative are the large number of stairs to the casita, and although the sea is close, you need a car to go to the beaches with sand.

The apartment looks just like the photos. Clean, cozy, nicely renovated, with a private terrace, comfy beds and sea view. Great for short stays or overnight. The beach is 1 minute away and almost empty, perfect for relaxing. The host is kind and helpful. Keep in mind it’s not very close to the center. It takes 15 minutes walking to the tram stop, then about 40 minutes to Alicante. Trams can have delays, so it takes time. If you want to be near restaurants and shops, better stay in the center. This place is peaceful and quiet.Overall, nice stay if you prefer calm by the sea.

Chelo is fantastic, helpful, very attentive to my comfort and satisfaction. My month-long stay was very successful. Great privacy, quiet, easy to park and at the same time close to the center, a short walk to the beach, shops. Very comfortable bed with fragrant bedding, comfortable sofa outside. Andres personally handed me the keys, drove me to Aldi for shopping, and brought in my suitcase. It was a fantastic party because I was very tired. I will gladly come back and recommend it to my friends.

the rental very good, quiet clean pool. nice view of Teulada village, 5mmns supermarket on foot. Other amenities 5 minutes away by car(supermarket gas station etc...) . Very nice market on Friday morning Moreira, 10 my by car. Angel immediately meets our expectations. very nice person. Great stay. Would definitely recommend

Petra is a responsive, discreet and kind person☺️. The apartment was ideal, clean and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. We had a peaceful time by the pool which is great👍. I would recommend it 100% Petra.

Our stay in Fabraquer was truly wonderful! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped, and had a beautiful balcony with a sea view. The location is peaceful and close to the tram and Muchavista beach – perfect for walks and trips to Alicante and nearby towns. Although signs say the building complex is under video surveillance, the private parking area inside is not covered by cameras. Unfortunately, our car was damaged during our stay, and the person responsible left without notice. We recommend using the public parking in front of the building – it's more spacious and visible. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and communication was excellent. A warm recommendation for anyone looking for peace, the sea, and an authentic local vibe. We would gladly return!

We were in a lovely apartment near the beach and the marina. Had a super nice stay. Nice that the apartment has a balcony (with beautiful views of the mountain) and a nice swimming pool downstairs. Luis is very friendly, nice host. We will definitely come back!
