Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marina di Ardea

Maurizio was very nice and warm. He gave us tips for the area and showed and explained everything to us. The accommodation is as in the photos and everything is very clean. There are restaurants on the beach and a supermarket is also within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 😊

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

I definitely recommend this house. Very convenient, clean, and relaxed. Matteo and Rossana were very kind and friendly and helpful. The house is located just 20 seconds' walk from the station, yet it is very calm. When you get back from the center, you are very tired, but you can sit down on the sofa and relax immediately after getting off the train! There are several supermarkets and nice restaurants, etc. everything you need are all nearby, and you enjoy the beauty of nature, yet you can get to the center of Rome in just 20 minutes. I think it is much better than staying in the center for many reasons. It will promise you a very comfortable and lovely stay in Rome.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Francesco and his partner welcomed us to their beautiful villa, they were always kind and helpful in our requests. The house is really very nice and fresh. Beautiful bells in the garden that with the wind create a really pleasant symphony. I will definitely be back.

The hosts are very welcoming, and gave good tips on local restaurants. The apartment is on a quiet street, beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there!

Riccardo was extremely gracious when we arrived earlier than expected. His directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow and he provided us with some great recommendations and directions for things local to try out and see. The accomodation was very clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Our family with 2 adult children were very comfortable in this space and we really enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening. The apartment is well situated in walking distance to the beach, grocery store and some great restaurants and cafes. We followed Riccardo's recommendations and were not disappointed. The above and beyond item was his help booking us a guaranteed taxi back to the airport when we were unsure and a little nervous. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend staying with Riccardo if you're visiting the area.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

They are very kind, helpful and friendly. They even helped us with our early morning departure by calling a taxi. You have to take a short bus to Rome, but it was worth it. If you follow the Google instructions, everything can be solved. We even got to the beach this way. Thank you very much Sara and Lorenzo!

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

A beautiful peaceful spot. Our host recommended local restaurants with wonderful food and charming people. Worth the drive to the beach which is not too far.

A peaceful and superb setting where you can immediately feel good. Every moment here has reminded me of the sweet memories of my childhood with my grandparents. Everything was perfect, from interior comfort to the magical atmosphere that reigns here. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge, don't hesitate for a second! I stayed here in May and the climate was ideal. A true haven of peace where one wants to come back over and over again. If you love nature and simplicity, this is the best place to live them to the fullest. We love staying at Casale while in Rome. Paolo is a very friendly and responsive host. It is perfect for a large family like mine. We look forward to returning again in July!

we had a great stay, accommodation 10 minutes from the metro, very well equipped, extremely clean and modern decor. The big plus is the outdoor space that allows you to sit in the sun after visiting the city. excellent hospitality, tips and a very quick response to each request. I recommend it!
