Francesco and his partner welcomed us to their beautiful villa, they were always kind and helpful in our requests. The house is really very nice and fresh. Beautiful bells in the garden that with the wind create a really pleasant symphony. I will definitely be back.

An amazing apartment that I would highly recommend. The terrace is beautiful and worth a visit. If you want to be at the heart of the party in a very lively neighborhood, this place is for you. There are several nice bars and delicious restaurants open until late around the apartment. (Noise to be expected) Easy to access and a responsive host, I go back anytime.

Great location, wonderful host, made us feel welcome, extremely helpful. The nice touch was fruit awaiting our arrival along with food in the fridge and bottled water being available. Overall outstanding thank you.

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Alessandro’s apartment was perfect for us. Enormous terrace and spacious accomodation. The Metro and a great supermarket are very close by. Felt safe and secure. Would recommend for a short stay in Rome.

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a house for a few days, it was a refuge, a corner of peace that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, effortlessly kind, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always running too fast, this has immense value. Leaving was strange, like leaving a dear friend's house, with that lump in your throat that makes you say "I'll be back". Because yes, I'll be back. Thanks Simone, really.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This apartment is truly a DREAM. ♥️ It is clean, spacious and beautiful. The bathroom is amazing and we loved how quiet the neighborhood was during the night. Carmen is very friendly and gave us some good tips for restaurants. I can 100% recommend this Airbnb ♥️

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.

We loved Ernesto’s stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment. It was in a great location too! The lift was great for my elderly parents.

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
