Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Eine besondere Unterkunft, nicht das Übliche. Du hast das Gefühl zu Gast in einem Museum zu sein. Das Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert, der Geist der Architekten ist überall zu spüren. Die Lage des Hauses ist sensationell mit einem einzigartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Romana hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt, ein toller Service. Sie hat rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und die Rückfahrt nach Rom zum Flughafen mit dem Taxi organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito, con tutti i confort, si trova in un punto stategico x Zoomarine, Cinecittà Word. Adatto ad una famiglia con 1 bambino unica pecca, se così vogliamo dire, le zanzare.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Giacomo was a great host, always available and quick to respond. The location is perfect for those that want quiet and tranquility but easy access to the hustle and bustle of Rome City Center (by metro)…. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido nella casa di Giampiero ad Anzio! L’appartamento rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione: accogliente, curato e con spazi puliti. Il grande giardino è stato un vero valore aggiunto, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l’accoglienza: Giampiero e Carmen sono stati degli host eccezionali, gentili, disponibili e incredibilmente premurosi. Nonostante il nostro arrivo fosse in piena notte a causa di un lungo viaggio, ci hanno aspettato svegli, accogliendoci con il sorriso e facendoci subito sentire a casa. Hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni utili per vivere al meglio la zona e sono sempre stati presenti per qualsiasi necessità. Un’esperienza davvero positiva sotto ogni aspetto, che consigliamo caldamente. Grazie di cuore a Giampiero e Carmen per l’ospitalità impeccabile! Torneremo sicuramente.

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

Una casa bellissima in un contesto tranquillo, vicino ai servizi, a qualche minuto di macchina dal mare e dalla stazione del treno. Le stanze sono spaziose e funzionali, la pulizia impeccabile e si è immersi nel verde. Francesca e la sua famiglia sono stati discreti e presenti, aiutandoci in tutte le fasi del soggiorno e dimostrando la massima disponibilità. Speriamo di tornare presto e lo consigliamo vivamente!

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

10 min. zum Strand, große Wohnung! Alles super!

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

Perfect place, quiet neighbourhood, easy buss into town, good air con, beautiful terrace. Hosts were lovely and accommodating.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

If you are coming to Rome then you won’t go wrong by choosing this apartment. It is exactly as described and the hosts are very helpful, offering to arrange lifts to the airport and there is a comprehensive information pack with lots of recommendations for attractions and restaurants/bars. The area itself has a lovely relaxed feel to it and there are so many good restaurants literally on the doorstep. You are literally a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Rome and all the attractions. Using the local buses is so easy, just tap the contactless point on the bus and for €1.50 you get 100 minutes to use any of the buses. It was 37c when we were there so it was nice to hop on an air conditioned bus occasionally to get back to the area at the end of the day.
