The Apartment is part of a large villa situated in a vast maritime pine forest on the Tuscan coast part of a protected natural reserve. It’s isolated from urban centers as it is located within a natural reserve and so it affords the luxury of inhabiting an uncontaminated wilderness from which it is possible to view on the sea’s horizon the Tuscan Archipelago and Corsica Island. The Villa is near the cute village of Bolgheri, which is internationally renowned for its refined wine production

Detached 2-story villa with garden and parking space, completely renovated in 2021. Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor patio with veranda, and BBQ are available.

The house is equipped with air conditioning.
