The apartment is small but nice and the balcony has a dream view of the sea. Checking in was super easy and the host responded super quickly to questions and helped. You can prepare simple dishes, basic tableware is available. The bed is comfortable and has a good size. The old town can be reached in a few minutes, to the beach 15-20 minutes downhill (back up again). We felt comfortable

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Beautiful location close to the beautiful and interesting town of Vasto and all the main amenities, a beautiful garden communicating with the sea. Beautiful terrace where you can eat and admire the coast and the overflow. Very kind and helpful hosts. We hope to be back!

Sara's apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk from the sea, and from the center of Vasto Marina. Vasto can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Comfortable house with all comforts, we had a very good time.

We wish we had stayed longer here than what we did in the end. Giuseppe is what you would call an outstanding host, who cares to the utmost degree about his guests and serves them with pride. The house, with its charming knick knacks and endless places to explore, gives you this feeling of peace. The view from the balcony is incredible so take a seat in one of the hanging chairs, enjoy a glass of something and admire the beauty of nature. We are definitely coming back and staying longer next time!!! Thank you so much!!!

Small place but clean and equipped with everything you need. Salvatore was nice and helpful. Dinner two nights at the "red cup" that is really close by, friendly staff, well eaten both times, plus positive note (for those like us traveling with the wood in tow) no problem with access with the dog

Great location, Peschici beach reachable on foot in a few minutes, many amenities nearby. Air conditioning is essential because the place we stayed in was exposed all day. Bed linen and towels not included in the price for which it is advisable to take them from home. Friendly and helpful owners. Recommended!

Comfortable apartment for the presence of the condominium pool and air conditioning Well-stocked kitchen, clean and tidy apartment. Convenient to make the most of the beautiful overflow coast, being more or less halfway through the most interesting stretch of coastline. Very friendly Anna and Floriana. We were greeted by Cosimo and Maria who made us feel at home. The place is quiet, the sea is beautiful and the pool is super clean. The apartment has all the comforts. We will definitely be back

we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thanks for everything 😊

Top location, the property is located directly on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for beach stays. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything you need.

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! Out of season, the place is suitable for those who love tranquility and bring their four-legged friends on vacation. Clean and well-kept accommodation, complete with everything you need and more, from children's games, to fresh drinks in the refrigerator, to products for a first meal and much more, courtesies that are not at all obvious. Thanks to Pasquale and Francesco for the excellent hospitality and the attention you have given us.

We felt very comfortable right away and the beach was very easy to reach on foot. The fact that the loungers and the parasol were included in the apartment was great and we were able to enjoy the large beach and the clean sea. Restaurants were also easily accessible on foot. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults. Very well equipped and very clean. Massimiliano was always easily accessible and gave us good recommendations. Thanks for a good time!!

Great place, exceptionally clean and easy access to the beach.

We loved everything about our stay, proximity to the beach and all the outdoor areas to relax in and the rooftop for some morning yoga and an evening drink was sublime.
