La casa ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza senza pensieri: cucina attrezzata, camere ok e uno spazio esterno ideale per mangiare all’aperto o godersi il tramonto. Un grazie speciale a Lorenzo e Lucia, che mi hanno aiutato con tutto: sempre gentili, mi hanno aiutato con il indirizzo, presenti quando serve e pronti a consigliare posti autentici da scoprire. È il posto giusto per staccare, respirare il mare e vivere il Salento vero.

Truly wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The best AirBnB experience we have ever had. Felt more like a luxury villa than anything. The pool is brilliant, the home is so well kept and the finishing touches delightful. The Aircon means you are cool and the support from Massimo and his team was great. Cannot wait to go back. Great venue for kids.

Siamo stati tra i primi ospiti di questa fantastica casa che è stata ristrutturata da poco. Gli spazi sono davvero enormi, soprattutto il salone che con i suoi colori pastello e il soffitto a volta, risulta essere da subito avvolgente. Completano la casa una cucina in cui non manca davvero nulla e 3 stanze di cui una con bagno in camera. Abbiamo inoltre goduto del barbecue sul retro e soprattutto del portico che affaccia su un immenso giardino, il quale si presta a piacevoli serate fresche attorno al grande tavolo. Posizione strategica a Vignacastrisi,un piccolo paesino dove si trovano tutti i servizi essenziali e non, dalla pasticceria al buon ristorante. Il paesino è,inoltre, circondato da varie statali e provinciali dalle quali si può raggiungere agevolmente qualsiasi punto del Salento. Antonio, il nostro host è una persona attenta e gentile, pronta ad accogliere ogni richiesta. L' unica nostra nota dolente sono stati i soli 7 giorni di vacanza sono pochi quando si sta così bene.

Wat een fantastische tijd hebben wij gehad in het huis van Giancarlo. Een waanzinnig huis met een geweldige tuin. Een pizza oven, buitenkeuken en heerlijke overkapping waar we de 3 dagen dat we er hebben gezeten hebben gekookt. We wilden graag tot rust komen en even niet naar restaurants gaan en dit kon perfect. We hebben elke dag heerlijk verse vis bereid en buiten gegeten, echt een klein paradijs. Giancarlo is een fantastische vent, hij kwam met goede tips, reageerde snel en is erg aardig. Het huis was super schoon en de tuin werd zeer goed bijgehouden. Giancarlo pakt alles direct op, we hadden een defect aan de lampen buiten en gelijk liet hij ons weten dat er de volgende dag mensen kwamen om dit op te lossen. Ik zou deze woning aan iedereen aanbevelen die een heerlijke tijd wil beleven. Giancarlo bedankt en we komen zeker terug!!!

Mirko und Sharon sind äußerst herzliche Menschen und Gastgeber. Man spürt, mit wie viel Liebe das Haus und das Grundstück gestaltet wurden. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit riesigen bodentiefen Fenstern und Aussicht auf das Meer ein toller Ort zur Entspannung. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück viele Sitz- und Liegeecken; jeder findet den richtigen Platz für sich. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Mirko und Sharon haben uns sehr viele und wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend sowie für Restaurants gegeben, die wir ebenfalls bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen würden. Als Startpunkt für vielfältige Orte in Apulien ist Urmo perfekt; ein historischer Ort in der Nähe ist besser als der nächste. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wirklich eine wunderschöne Unterkunft wie beschrieben, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen. Dank der vielen Informationen und Tipps von Elisabetta hat man viele Ausflugsziele und Sehenswürdigkeiten genannt bekommen und auch kulinarisch war man sehr gut beraten 😋. Natürlich ist der wunderschöne Strandabschnitt auch noch zu erwähnen, welchen man bequem per Auto in 5 Min. erreichen kann. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Wir haben das Haus und die Gegend geliebt! Wir waren zu fünft mit dem Nachtzug nach Brindisi und haben dort ein Mietauto geholt.

Magnifique villa nichée au sommet d’une falaise surplombant l’adriatique. Si vous avez le courage s’ouvrir un œil au levé du soleil vous serez éblouis par ses magnifiques couleurs qui laissent apparaître les montagnes d’Albanie ! Les extérieurs sont soignés et entretenus avec goût, la piscine et simplement magique. L’accès à la plage, quoique sportif, est vraiment un plus dans cette région très fréquentée avec des plages de rochers. Tout est proposé pour vous y faire sentir à l’aise dès le seuil franchi! Nous recommandons cette location

Villa con piscina adatta a gruppi numerosi di amici; Mario è stato gentilissimo, la casa corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione, piscina perfetta. Consigliato.

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

We’ve had a few holidays in Puglia but this was the first staying at Rebecca’s place. She was a very attentive host and we were also grateful to have Mattia nearby (and on the phone) if we had any urgent questions. The decor and the landscaping were finished beautifully. All the amenities worked well and the place was so clean!! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to friends and family.

We had such a great time. As a party of 11 the villa felt spacious and had everything we needed. The pasta making class and dinner cooked at the villa provided by Daniela were brilliant and delicious! We would love to come back!

Vila Domina Levante este pur și simplu extraordinară! Vila este frumoasă, mobilată cu mare grijă și atenție la detalii, creând o ambianță confortabilă și elegantă. Curățenia este impecabilă, fiecare colț este îngrijit la perfecțiune. Proprietarul a fost incredibil de amabil și util, asigurându-se că vila era deja bine încălzită când am ajuns, un detaliu pe care l-am apreciat foarte mult. În plus, jacuzzi-ul era deja gata și cald, oferind momente de relaxare pură. O experiență de neuitat pe care aș recomanda-o oricui caută confort, frumusețe și ospitalitate de cel mai înalt nivel. Abia aștept să revin și să stau mai mult!

Soggiorno perfetto! Cosimo e Letizia sono stati host meravigliosi, dal check-in ai consigli su spiagge e ristoranti locali. La villa è come nelle foto e dotata di tutti i comfort. Un paradiso nel Salento. È stata molto gradita la pulizia a metà soggiorno. Speriamo di tornare presto!

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

Absolutely fantastic, super clean private gated property. Beautiful pool and deck. Exceeded expectations. Plenty of room for our family of nine. Perfect location to visit southern Italy. Thirty minutes from either coast. Grounds manager was kind and helpful. Met us on arrival and went over property and amenities. Recommended a restaurant for our 1st night and helped us make reservations... even brought us a basket of apricots and bread. Incredible!!

Off the beaten track but not too far to get to some of the gorgeous towns in Pulgia! We had a lovely stay at Jerome’s, it was so peaceful and we lived swims in the pool. Jerome was very responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

Eine wirklich einwandfreie, wie auf den Fotos zu sehende Unterkunft. Super sauber und ordentlich! Wirklich ein tolles Haus zum Urlaub machen Francesco ist ein sehr zu vorkommender Gastgeber

Ett väldigt fint och nyrenoverat hus. Allt var modernt, välstädat och genomtänkt. Poolområdet var härligt och välplanerat. En stor pool, utomhusdusch, utomhuskök osv. Vi bodde där ungefär en vecka och gjorde flera utflykter - läget är bra utgångspunkt för att se andra städer. Värden var väldigt trevlig och snabb att svara på eventuella frågor. Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn och var väl tilltaget för oss med dubbla badrum och två sovrum. Toppbetyg - bara att boka! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Pethra Maris. The beautiful landscape and surroundings were incomparable! Lots of relaxation and games by the pool as we looked on to the gorgeous sea view(which you never get tired of). The hosts and owner were so responsive with all of our needs or any issues. The kids very much enjoyed the little house cat Petra-she seems to guard the place and makes the villa feel like home. The area has too many lovely places to visit -so we will just have to go back soon!😂.

Ci dispiace che la scala di gradimento arrivi solo a 5 stelle. Abbiamo trovato la villa ben curata sia esternamente che internamente. Ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. L'host è molto attento e solerte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo momento per incontrare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche coinvolti nelle scelte perché la villa fosse adatta alle nostre necessità. Abbiamo, infatti, selezionato questo alloggio per partecipare al matrimonio di nostro figlio visto che non viviamo a Tricase e il fotografo ha giudicato molti angoli della villa gradevoli e stimolanti per le foto allo sposo.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in einem modernen und einladenden Ambiente zu wohnen, das sich in einer hervorragenden Lage für Erkundungstouren in Puglia befindet. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche ausgezeichnete Restaurants und stilvolle Lounges, die zu entspannenden Abenden einladen. Ein absolutes Highlight war der atemberaubende Sonnenuntergang, den wir am Pool genießen durften – ein wahres Fest für die Sinne! Die liebevoll gestaltete Gartenlandschaft ist der perfekte Rückzugsort für Familien und auch für unsere vierbeinigen Freunde. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf einen erneuten Besuch zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit, um all die schönen Aspekte dieses Ortes erneut erleben zu können.

Lage der Villa ist ein Traum, Strand gleich nebenan. Der Pool ist fantastisch uns es gibt Restaurants fußläufig. Wir haben 4 Nächte dort verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem mit Hund kann man entspannt relaxen. Die Malediven des Salento sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles.

Antonino et sa famille ont été très gentils et très accueillants: nous nous sentions chez des amis ! Le logement était impeccable: très propre, très bien équipé et très grand pour notre famille de 5. Notre fille de 4 ans a adoré la piscine, le carré de sable et ramasser des œufs et cueillir des fruits. Que dire de l’emplacement, wow ! Nous avons adoré souper et déjeuner sur la terrasse avec la vue ! Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrions sans aucune hésitation.
