Awesome home. Location is perfect for walking along the seafront and convent to the piazza and restaurants. The Adriatic Sea views from every floor are breathtaking. Extremely clean and everything needed is provided. Kitchen has a nice size refrigerator and dishwasher along with all glassware and dishes needed. Bed was comfortable and having bathrooms on ground floor and main bedroom was great. Michael and AnnaLisa gave useful local shops/activities information. Washing machine was wonderful after our seven day stay. Spent the majority of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and wishing we did not have to leave.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Mauro Vito’s son Gabriele was incredibly helpful. He met us at check in and helped walk us through everything about the place. He also gave great recommendations. The location is unbeatable. The terrace view is stunning! Wish we would have stayed longer. Incredible Airbnb and host. Will definitely be back.

Muy lindo departamento, con vista al mar desde el balcon, hermoso! no muy espacioso para nosotras que éramos 5 personas. Quiza para 3 o 4 sería lo ideal. Moderno, linda decoración y funcionaba todo bien. Muy buena comunicación con nuestra anfitriona que nos ayudo con lo que necesitabamos. Gracias !!

Lucia is a great host who left us very clear instructions and local recommendations. She is very quick with replying which is a great plus! It was also possible and easy to schedule late check-in. The location is great, 5 mins by foot from very beautiful beach. Appartment is also amazing, all according to description, can comfortably hold up to 4 people if you’re ok with two of them sleeping on a sofa bed (v comfortable one). I liked the addition of small pantry products such as salt/pepper/balsamico/basilico/tea which is sometimes missing when u want to enjoy a homemade meal in holiday appartment. Once again, grazie mille Lucia!

The apartment was very clean. Really quite place no any direct neighbours, no common walls with anybody. Totally separated house. The owner ( Bella :):):):) )was very nice and flexible.

È stata una bellissima vacanza, casa molto pulita e in ordine e a pochi passi dal bellissimo mare di Punta Prosciutto, posto riservato accanto casa, Daniele è un perfetto host, ti mette a suo agio ed è pronto e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare senza esitazioni, ci si sente come a casa, non ve ne pentirete. Spero di poter tornare un giorno. Grazie.

Cosimo war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar bei Fragen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte.

Super verblijf gehad. We waren de eerste en enige gasten in het begin van het seizoen. We merkten dit ook door een paar schoonheid foutjes die echter door de host Rosanna direct opgelost werden. De douchekop was verstopt en deze zou vervangen worden. Hiervoor kwam een monteur die na ruim een uur werk er in de midden een harde water straal uitkreeg. Volgens hem goed genoeg en zonde om te vervangen. Het was lastig maar we konden ons douche. Rosanna onze host heeft ons hele verblijf super haar best gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken. We mochten onze auto op de binnenplaats achter de poort parkeren wat ook zeer welkom was want op zon en feestdagen staat de weg vol met auto’s van dagtoeristen. Ligging is perfect, strand en bar op paar honderd meter. Restaurant Claudio Pink 1,2 km lopen is echt een aanrader. Top verblijf gehad en de accommodatie is echt aanrader en de prijs waart.

Wir haben uns auf dem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Sitzplatz wie auch der Pool ist super zum entspannen, der Strand in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgerüstet. Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Kindern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Anwesen hat drei Wohnungen, würde sich auch für mehrere Familien/Parteien eignen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Comfortable, clean and cozy apartment! The private pool is an absolute plus! Having a washing machine at the apartment was very helpful also. There are only a handful of restaurants in walking distance while the beach is 5 min walk from the place. There are a couple of free public beaches, but we recommend the Sun Bay camping village for a beach day. You can rent an umbrella and chair right on the beach. We had a great time!!

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Antonio e sua moglie sono state due persone fantastiche e cordiali. Sempre preoccupati che tutto andasse perfettamente, sempre reattivi e sempre altruisti. La casa offre molte cose tra cui un ottimo wifi e tanti detersivi e prodotti per l igiene. La pulizia è impeccabile. Tutto perfetto tanto che nell alloggio mi sono sentito come se fossi a casa mia. Io e la mia compagna Yvonne ringraziamo Antonio e sua moglie per la splendida ospitalità.

We felt guided the whole way from booking until leaving. The Monholiday team are responsive, quick and knowledgeable - if they didn't know, they made extra effort to find out. They are always on hand to help with questions and are helpful at giving directions to whatever you need to know. It's great that Italy recycle. Francesco and the team will tell you exactly what to do and what needs to go where. Francesco came to take the rubbish away one day when we had a query about the washing machine - all resolved and complete. If there aren't enough recycle bags, they will deliver. Arturo met us on arrival, friendly, polite and provides excellent customer service. You feel a part of the team as they are with you every step of your journey. The property is exactly as shown in the photos. The separate apartment upstairs has a wrap around terrace with views to the sea or mountains. It is worth taking Arturo up on the offer of a spare set of keys when he mentions this on arrival.

This Airbnb villa in Polignano a Mare was a truly wonderful find, offering everything a couple could ask for in a peaceful and well-appointed retreat. The location was ideal, offering a perfect balance: close enough to the charming town of Polignano a Mare for pleasant outings, and also a wonderfully short distance to the beach, allowing for walks by the sea. They were very responsive to any inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to any couple seeking a refined, serene, and thoroughly agreeable experience in Italy. It was a true pleasure.

Massimo is an amazing host and his place is absolutely gorgeous. If I could give 10 stars I would. Totally faultless and made our stay so pleasurable. The accommodation is authentic, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with modern touches. Everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Honestly there is nothing to complain about. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything and very quiet. Massimo went above and beyond as a host in recommendations from boat tours to restaurants and even making some bookings for us. Would 100 percent recommend this as a perfect place to stay in Polignano a Mare.

Serena è stata molto disponibile nel darci le indicazioni necessarie e anche molti consigli di ristoranti, luoghi da visitare o attività. È molto ben organizzata nella gestione dei check-in e nell'accoglienza degli ospiti. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario ed è davvero un luogo gradevole in cui trascorrere alcuni giorni in tranquillità. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il terrazzo sul tetto con tavolino, sdraio e vista mare!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Apuliae! The apartment is in a prime location—just a short walk to the beaches, main attractions, and everything you’d want to see in Polignano. It’s cosy, beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely private balcony that we really enjoyed. Francesca and Valeria were exceptional hosts. Although we arrived around midnight and had trouble finding parking, they responded within seconds and guided us to a solution right away. Their kindness and quick communication made all the difference. Highly recommend this Airbnb—we’d definitely stay here again!

The two of them are a sweet couple. Everything was perfect. We felt at home. Everything was as described in the pictures. They even left us a present. Everything went smoothly; the keys were handed over personally, which made a very good impression on us. The apartment is just a few steps from the water, and there are three wonderful restaurants nearby. We give the Air B&B a 5-star rating and would gladly come back. We can only recommend it.

Un luogo splendido in cui trascorrere una vacanza. L’appartamento ha un affaccio diretto sul mare, grazie alla completa esposizione su esso. È stato impagabile svegliarsi alla mattina e godersi l’alba dal balcone. La casa è ben distribuita e completa di tutto il necessario. L’arredo è curato, con attenzione ai dettagli. Daniela ci ha accolto direttamente al nostro check-in. È stata un host fantastica, amichevole e disponibile. Ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni sui luoghi da visitare, ristoranti in cui mangiare e spiagge da conoscere. Inoltre, è stata gentile nell’accoglimento di tutte le nostre richieste. Nel cortile del complesso abitativo è possibile parcheggiare la macchina. Nei dintorni è possibile raggiungere a piedi bar, lidi, ristoranti, supermercato, panetterie, gelateria. Montegiordano è una cittadina tranquilla e non particolarmente mondana, ma basta spostarsi di pochi km e si trovano tutto ciò. Consiglio vivamente se cercate il relax!
