Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Marittima

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Ivan’s apartment is a true little piece of paradise, located right by a stunning beach. The area is fantastic – there’s a promenade, cozy cafés, and pastry shops, all at very reasonable prices! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s modern and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight is definitely the spacious terrace with sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. One important note: there’s no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on a high floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (this might be helpful for some guests to know). A big thank you to Ivan for the lovely welcome treats – a bottle of wine and some traditional cookies! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to relax!

A lovely property in an amazing location with access to sea swimming a few steps away. Ideally located for exploring local towns and bays. Our host, Antonio, went out of his way making restaurant recommendations and generally helping to make this a really enjoyable stay.

Die Wohnung ist modern, geräumig und schick eingerichtet. Sie liegt im 4. Stock eines Wohnblocks mit 2 grossen Terrassen mit Meerblick. Ein kleiner, ruhiger Strand ist auf der einen Seite, und ein sehr langer und belebter Strand auf der anderen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Man braucht kein Auto, wenn man keine Ausflüge machen will. Maria und Tommaso sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Check-in und -out waren sehr effizient. Ein Korb mit Lebensmitteln und Getränke wurden zum Empfang bereitgestellt, und am letzten Tag als Überraschung eine Flasche Olivenöl. In der Wohnung ist an alles gedacht, selbst Strandliegen hat es. Das Wifi funktioniert bestens, und das Auto kann im Hof geparkt werden. Das war eine sehr entspannte Woche.

Lovely apartment that was more spacious than anticipated, very clean and well appointed. The roof terrace is what makes the place. It is huge and has an uninterrupted view west over the sea, so expect some fantastic sunsets with your pre-dinner drinks. There is a shaded area with dining table, so you can eat up there. Federico was super helpful and super responsive to messages. Hard to imagine a better host. The only note of caution is the noise from the bars below. The music can be loud and can run very late. We were aware from other reviews that there would be some noise, so were not too bothered by this (and are considering rebooking). Finally, one small thing. If you like croissants, get them from the bar below. Better than the ones the bakeries sell (unless you like your croissants sticky/sugary) and cheaper. The coffee is good too and the staff are lovely.

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s apartment, the apartment was clean and really nicely presented. The bed is also extremely comfortable and the location is perfect. We stayed for a week in otranto and couldn’t recommend it more, the restaurants were all really well priced and delicious. The town itself is very peaceful and quaint. Maria was very helpful with anything we needed and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do. Five stars from us!!

We loved staying in this cute apartment! Very quiet surroundings, but still super close to the restaurants and amenities of the wonderful city of Otranto! The house is beautiful, clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a very nice shower! Massimiliano has been super helpful and friendly: he lent us a pass to park for free and has been available and responsive for questions during the whole stay!

Abbiamo avuto l'appartamento per 3 settimane. Molto ben arredato, moderno, cucina piccola ma funzionale e ben equipaggiata. Molto vantaggioso avere il garage proprio a disposizione. Stefania e Lorenzo molto disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande e richieste. Ottima anche la posizione. Soddisfatti! p.s.: unica pecca forse il balcone un pò piccolo in relazione alla grandezza dell'appartamento, ma Stefania ce l'aveva comunicato!

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wundervoll! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und warmherzig und der Empfang durch deren Vater sehr herzlich. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass Sonnenschirme vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer wären noch super. Der Supermarkt und ein Cafe sind fußläufig erreichbar, das haben wir sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Otranto - absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns als kleine Familie mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nando hat uns persönlich begrüßt, wir konnten die Wohnung sogar schon vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit beziehen. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke bereit und die Unterkunft war makellos sauber sowie vollständig ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige Dachterrasse, auf der man entspannte Nachmittage und laue Abende mit Blick über die Dächer genießen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants und der Altstadt entfernt. Kurzum: eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Otranto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die kleine Wohnung liegt wirklich traumhaft. Die vorgelagerte Straße hat uns kaum gestört, da der Blick auf das Meer und die Dünenlandschaft - sowohl bei stürmisch-regnerischem Wetter als auch bei Sonnenschein einfach fantastisch ist. Den etwas längeren Weg zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (fußläufig etwa 20-30 Minuten) nahmen wir gerne zum Anlass für ausgiebige Morgen-Spaziergänge am Meer und durch die (saisonbedingt) noch etwas verschlafenen Straßen des Ferien, Wochenend- und Sommerhäuschen geprägten Torre di San Giovanni. Insgesamt ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das gesamte Salento. Wie schon öfters beschrieben, ist die Wohnung mit der kleinen Küche top ausgestattet, wir haben hier überhaupt nichts vermisst . Die Kommunikation mit Emanuela und ihren Eltern ist vorbildlich. Die Restaurant Tipps konnten wir nicht alle ausprobieren, bei Nachfragen hatten wir spätestens nach 30 Minuten hilfreich und zielführende Antworten! Danke für diese unvergesslichen Tage!!!

Nous avons été charmé par ce petit coin de paradis. Lit confortable, espace immaculé, fonctionnel pour cuisiner et parfait pour relaxer à l’extérieur. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des vélos puisque le village est tout près. Andrea nous a fait d’excellentes suggestions pour les restaurants.

Arturo e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolti piacevolmente .. estremamente carini . L'alloggio nella sua semplicità e pulizia ha tutto il necessario ed anche più per permettere di trascorrere qualche giorno di serenità. Vista mare impagabile .. per staccare la mente. Words cannot describe how immensely special and beautiful this home is. Even the walls have soul! Every bedroom is in its own floor, which felt very private. The home is decorated beyond beautifully and is within walking distance of everything on the island, including amazing restaurants. What words cannot explain is how after staying at many Airbnb’s throughout our travels, the host is BEYOND amazing. She provided customized recommendations for everything on the island based on her experiences (the home is a beautifully restored family home)…. Places that avoided the typical tourist traps. She made sure we were absolutely comfortable, going out of her way at every opportunity. If her parking space is free, without a doubt, I recommend getting it as parking is very limited on the island. The view is literally the best in all of Gallipoli. Literally. Enjoyed so many gorgeous sunsets on 5 different terraces!!!!! Of course, the top one with a 360 degree view could not be beat!!!

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Anna est une hote plus que parfaite ! rien à redire, bous avons passé 10 jours dans ce merveilleux endroit paisible qui dispose de toute les commodités ! à proximité les lieux sont tous plus beaux les uns que les autres, nous avons pu vivre à notre rythme avec notre bébé de 7 mois sans problème. et si vous avez besoin de quoique se soit, vous pourrez comptez sur Anna !! encore milles mercis

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Terrazza Doxi Fontana is a beautiful apartment with large terrace & amazing views from inside and out. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are very similar making sharing fair for everyone. There are lots of stairs to access the apartment so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Once inside it’s on one level and has a good layout. A great place to chill out. No parking available close by at the port so we had to offload luggage and wait with it whilst someone else parked much further away. Inconvenient but workable. Gallipoli was a lovely place to visit whilst exploring Puglia.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the sea from every angle, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the historic city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Staying at Alessandro’s was perfect for our vacation. It is very peaceful and quiet, the terrasse and private access to the sea were worth ot already. Also it‘s a great location to explore the region from a less touristic starting point. Would have chosen this airbnb again!
