Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Pescoluse

Lucci d’Oriente exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, cheerfully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything - nothing is missing. From each window you can see the sea, as if you were inside it. The terrace with direct access to the sea is a real privilege. Going up from there to the apartment takes some effort, but it's totally worth it. It is ideal for a family with children, very comfortable and functional. Santa Cesarea Terme is quiet, with some options to eat light and enjoy an ice cream. Parking lot next door is free if there is a place, and very accessible if paid. Rita and Stefano were exceptional hosts: attentive, friendly and always available. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back!

We stayed 3 days in the home, which with its 2 roof terraces is superbly located with a fantastic view of the sunset. The relatively few square meters are well utilized and tastefully decorated, and it was easy to find parking within a short walking distance to the apartment with a recommendation from Ivan. Only on Sundays/holidays, you should be aware that parking is not allowed due to the market. The small town has plenty of bars and several good restaurants. There are cards to a nice sandy beach and several down the coast, and along the beach promenade there is a nice walking / running / cycling path several kilometers in both directions along the bay, if you also want to exercise. Good location for excursions to the slightly larger nearby towns and attractions. Clearly a place we'd like to come back to. Both for the quality of the home and the area's amenities.

I truly enjoyed staying at Rosaria’s place. The apartment is simply furnished but has everything you need. And then there is the terrace!! It’s the highlight of her place. The view is exactly as advertised. I can recommend her place.

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! Just at the end of the bay - perfect position. Just a couple of minutes to reach restaurants and shops. Bright, airy and modern apartment. Fantastic lounge with great balcony. Really comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Otranto.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Very well located for visiting the surroundings, the sea is nearby. Rooftop terrace of the house to share but with a magnificent view 🤩 (beware of rainy days, very slippery stairs OUCH)

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

Nando’s house is simply superb, it is a beautiful home, with plenty of space, stylishly decorated, with an incredible terrace. It was impeccably clean & everything you could want is provided. It is an easy walk to town, where there are beautiful beaches & great restaurants. The parking permit was very helpful to use. Nando provides a great guest guide with all the local recommendations. Nando himself met us to check in, he is warm & friendly, & all his communication before & during our stay was great & very responsive. He was a truly great host, & ensured we had a perfect stay in Otranto. Highly recommend staying here & would happily return.

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming. We can’t say enough about our stay in Otranto. Giuseppe was responsive and accommodating and also provided assistance above and beyond what we expected. He was there for anything we needed and made our stay even better than we could’ve hoped for. The location was spectacular and the home beyond beautiful. The decor and furnishings selected made you feel you were in the palace it once used to be and it was so comfortable! A perfect place to cook a lovely dinner - it had everything we needed and more. Also perfect to return to after a day out to enjoy the soft sea breeze and unbeatable view with a nightcap and conversations of a day well spent. The location was in the heart of historic Otranto (parking was no problem!) and was walkable to restaurants, shops & the weekly market where we bought fresh mozzarella and vegetables for our lovely dinner. This was the perfect location to enjoy Otranto and take day trips to other Puglia gems. We highly recommend and would stay again!!

We had an amazing stay in Otranto at Enrica’s place! Perfect location. The home stayed cool even in warm early June weather - we didn’t even need to use the AC. Would 100% stay again!

We just finished an amazing stay at Giuliana’s home. The view of the Adriatic was simply spectacular. When we arrived, she greeted us with traditional Puglian bakery treats and a bottle of Prosecco. Delicious! The fridge was stocked with fresh fruit and juices. There were a couple of nice restaurants close by which can be reached by walking along a paved path overlooking the Sea. We fully recommend this beautiful place.

We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less-traveled road from the apartment. The free city beach with the wind-protected bay can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within a few minutes' walk and offers a wide range of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for the welcome and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked nice in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, the shower, and the kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even a parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to discover the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out for us to have a good vacation. They even provided a map and recommended many nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We will be happy to come back for our next stay and 100% recommend their accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed the conditions offered by Alberto's place, we had a very good time in the tranquility before the tourist season. From Marina di Mancaversa is easily reached in localities such as Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca... also, one day you can see many of the tourist resorts on the South Ionian coast (Torre San Giovanni, Torre Suda, Torre Mozza, Torre Pali, Torre Vado, Pescoluse, Lido Marini).

This is an outstanding apartment: three spacious elegant bedrooms with very comfy beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The terrace has a lovely view and is the highest of all surrounding buildings, ie very private. Modern kitchen. AC in each room that works and is easy to operate. Giovanni was responsive - what we asked for was addressed quickly, as well as they could. We had one issue which was properly compensated for.

I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace with the view of the sea is simply fantastic and on foot you can quickly reach the old town. Clear recommendation!
